This was my first trip to Sonoma County without my wine loving friends. I convinced my beer drinking buddy to at least try one vineyard as we traveled a backroad to Santa Rosa. I consider myself lucky to have driven past Rochioli Vineyards. It looked inviting and without the usual score of parked vehicles. We turned the car around and entered a beautiful setting. Had a tasting with Akayla as a walk in and was so glad I took the time to stop on my wine tasting itinerary to be spontaneous and try this winery. Of all the wineries I’ve been to the Chardonnay was life altering, and the Pinot was absolutely delectable as well.
Akayla remembered that the Chardonnay was my favorite and added a little extra pour.
We will be joining their waiting list and look forward to drinking more of these delectable wines!

I happened to have some business nearby, so I decided to buy some wine, so I stopped by without making an appointment, but they were kind enough to accommodate me, and I was able to purchase the wine without any problems. I sampled a few and bought a pinot noir. The view was good and the staff was polite. Of course, the wine had a good aftertaste and was very delicious. I think I'll buy Chardonnay next time.
