If you're looking for a quieter, less well travelled winery, check out the Landmark Vineyards wine tasting room. It's a bit north of the wineries in Russian River/Santa Rosa, but the drive is quaint and the wines are fantastic. We found the tasting room to be laid back and relaxing -- we were the only ones present in the afternoon. There are several tables outside for enjoying the nice views outdoors. A very cool winery in a historic building. Kent poured our tasting and was hilarious and super nice. The wines were all very tasty and 1/2 to 2/3 the price of similar tasting wines just up the road! We will absolutely come back here (and bring friends and family) the next time we're in the area.

Landmark has always taken care of us. Carol and Kent are a joy. We had a very wonderful time with our host, Katelin! She was great and gave us a ver nice afternoon and some fun wine tips as well!
