We stopped by on a warm Saturday afternoon, without a reservation and were pleased to be seated right away. From the moment you pull in, you feel at home. Bocce in the courtyard, pups on site, a water view among the vines. The balcony was shaded with umbrellas allowing the sun to warm the soul. The wines are part of the Wilson family, and we were so pleased with all of the pinot noirs. We could have spent the entire afternoon there.
Matrix Winery is located on a beautiful property just outside of Healdsburg in northern Sonoma County. Like many of the wineries in this region, pinot noir is a specialty of theirs, but zinfandel and chardonnay are also strong contenders. I was a member for the last three years, and each bottle was quality.

Matrix is a beautiful winery.We went to several and I found myself comparing not only product,location,but customer service experience .This location is very dog friendly. Patrick was our host he was very knowledgeable about the wine and about Wilson wine properties.Great experience👍.sorry I didn't take a picture but then again don't want to ruin your experience ..it's very nice ❤️.
