Can't say enough great things about the Madrona! The hotel is gorgeous and chic while still very comfortable and welcoming. The staff is friendly and attentive without becoming overbearing. Food is excellent across the board, especially Wednesday night fried chicken. Well worth the price for delicious food in a beautiful setting.
The Madrona is really unique. This restaurant sits inside a beautiful refurbished Victorian with the most interesting and unique furniture and art. Several rooms for which to sit and enjoy cocktails, gaze at the beautiful garden, or stare at the intriguing art - everywhere (but not clutter). We had a wonderful birthday dinner last night. The service was impeccable and the food delicious in a unique ambiance setting. We even had the beverage director come over to assist us with the wine selection which paired perfectly with my tender wagu steak . Five stars all the way.
