I have no words. I have to say this was the best meal of my entire life. It was flawless from beginning to end. I feel crazy saying this but I feel like they could actually charge more. It’s that good. Michelin describes the three starts as “Exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey.” And SingleThread knocks that out of the park. Unreal!
We did not stay at their inn, but dined in. Food was perfect, service, especially the crew, was impeccable. It was one of the best experiences I had dining in at restaurants with the same caliber.
I feel lucky to live in the Sonoma County area. 20 years ago I got the opportunity to eat at French Laundry. Now we were lucky enough to again have the chance to eat at a restaurant of this caliber in our own backyard. SingleThread is an amazing experience in every way. The service, atmosphere, ambiance and especially the food are all at the highest standards. I honestly don't know how it could have been better. Thanks to everyone for a delicious memory that will be remembered...
