Very nice dinning.
Kid-friendliness: I would say no. No kids menu.

Everyone's food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had the deviled egg and goat cheese croquette appetizers. We all enjoyed our entrees of steak frites, burger and pasta but we all thought the crispy chicken was the best. But again all were delicious.
The atmosphere is charming, relaxing, and quite refreshing for Healdsburg. The menu is pared down from the Barndiva and is very well prepared. Hopefully, they will be adding a few more dishes. We'll definitely be back to see how things progress.
I was very disappointed with last nights dinner and will not be coming back. I had had high hopes and had previously been pleased with my experiences. I found the food mediocre and unimaginative in comparison to previous visits. The steak was undercooked and tough, the fish swimming in a sauce which was totally unnecessary and chicken deep fried and flavorless. The staff as usual was very attentive, in fact too attentive and hovering. Maybe there are too many staff with nothing to do. It was as if they watched every time we took sips of water and emptied a single plate. I was initially turned off by the receptionist who should look for another job as she was unpleasant and accusatory. Her goodbye seemed so insincere. I was surprised that we were no longer in the original location but in the bar as that was not clear from the website. The price for three entrees and two appetizers with no drinks or deserts or side dishes was $150. Outrageous for what was presented.
Called to move our reservation up- they couldn't do it. Get there and the restaurant is literally half empty. Food was good but not Michelin star quality. Service was very good. Overall a disappointing experience
Service, ambiance and food was very good. However, the automatic 20% service charge is outrageous. It is not noted on the menu or your website, that I saw. We probably would have reconsidered if known. The fact you're telling the servers their tip is provided from the service charge pool is ridiculous and not fair to them.
Barndiva restaurant flipped with the event space. We didn't expect to be in that space. It's not as intimate as original restaurant space. Limited bar space. However our food was very good and our wait person (Lily) was great. Attentive, friendly and helpful.
Having dined at this restaurant since the day they opened and been a loyal and true fan through all the changes, it is nice to see that it's coming back. Service ambience and food were great.
The ambiance is great, the service is okay, and so is the food. A frequent gripe for all restaurants is why the server doesn't tell you when you order an appetizer salad and an entree that the entree comes with a salad.
Food was fine, great cocktails and wine list. Our issue was with the service. It took over 40 mins for our main course to arrive after we finished our appetizers and ordered our next drink for said entrees. Besides a brief comment form our waiter that they would be out "any minute" it took another 15 mins before we were served. It was clear from looking around the restaurant that other people were also waiting for their food. The restaurant was not busy either. What was also frustrating was the automatic 20% service added to our bill. No where did it state this would be occurring and it left us miffed as to the level of service we did not receive for a fairly expensive meal. We're disappointed and will be reaching out to the restaurant because this is something they should address immediately.

This was not a Michelin-starred experience. At 5:30 the place was mostly empty, but it took over 15 minutes before our waitress showed up. The floor manager took pity on us and took our wine order, but she really knew nothing about the list. Our special app of fried onion clusters were very good, but any decent tavern could duplicate them. My wife's pasta was excellent, but again, nothing really special. I had chicken marsala. It was good, but nothing that any Indian restaurant could do as well or better. Overall, a rather disappointing meal. It was good, but really nothing at all special about it. We had a much better, different and fun meal the next day at Lo and Behold with great service. There are too many great restaurants in Healdsburg to bother with Barndiva. It definitely was not worth the hype.
First time at Barn Diva. It's a quirky casual environment which was nice compared to a more formal Michelin environment. The service was solid but a little less refined than I had expected based as expected by the Michelin rating (party of four and the expediter didnt know which person had which dish.) We had been wine tasting all day so wanted to enjoy wines by the glass. Would have enjoyed a slightly larger selection given the area. The value was undisputed. Our best dishes were the appetizers of deviled eggs and goat cheese croquettes. Along with entrees of salmon with subside and the burger. Value was undisputedly high.
Food super salty But perfectly cooked. Had to skip the salty parts though drinks are extremely expensive, but delicious. Wish they had more gluten-free dessert. The only thing I could eat was sorbet, which was kind of weird I'd say overall it was uneven in regards to the food. I've been waiting years to go there, and probably won't return other than to have drinks.
The reinvention of BarnDiva in a next door space was a surprise since we were looking forward to having dinner in that classic barn. The new space is lovely tho and the new patio is also quite nice. Food, service and drinks are still top notch. On a busy night, it's probably a vibe.
This was our first time dining here in their new space and we just loved it!! The food and service were top notch!! I had read about the Gallery burger in Sonoma Magazine so I knew I was having it before we got there....and it was definitely an elevated burger!! I shared the frites because the server suggested it was shareable and it definitely was!!! And the deviled eggs were great....we were surprised at the hint of horseradish - I've never had them with horseradish but I'll definitely have them again!! We'll definitely be back!!!
