I ordered a green chili enchilada and extra cheese on the beans to go. And a burrito. I received a red sauce no extra cheese. Would not take it off my bill. No manager, no owner no accountability

Taqueria El Sombrero is a delicious Mexican restaurant with reasonable prices in the Healdsburg plaza area, just steps from the town square. The atmosphere feels warm and authentic, with homey, mom and pop taco stand energy. The staff are wonderfully friendly, chill, and welcoming. Customers recommend the tacos, which absolutely slap and are engineered upward like architectural meat monuments, juicy and stacked. The Al pastor burrito and quesadillas are hot and fresh, with tortillas that taste homemade. The super burrito is pretty delicious and a pretty good size. The salsas for the chips have a good kick and aren't watered down. The shrimp diablo is very spicy, with authentic, creamy beans and nice, fluffy rice. The restaurant offers multiple Mexican sodas and aguas frescas. It is an order at the cash register type restaurant. Parking near the town square is very limited. For everyone else, get the tacos.
