We had a party of 7 and ordered family style. Our servers were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and recommended an amazing culinary journey! Dustin the chef/owner personally came by and said hello and checked on our table and his 84 year old father stopped by to check on us as well! This is by far the best restaurant in Sonoma County!

Special scallops to share was amazing, garden salad a feast for the eye and mouth followed by the zucchini. Food was delicious! We were sitting outside as the temperatures were wonderful.

Highly recommend! My wife and I went to Valette for dinner on our wedding anniversary. We were welcomed warmly, and the entire team acknowledged our occasion at various points during the evening without overdoing it, including some special touches. Lively, comfortable ambiance. Excellent service from a team who clearly enjoys working together for their customers. I had the "Trust Me" Chef's tasting menu, and my wife had the 5 course Reserve Tasting menu. Every course was both beautifully presented and wonderfully delicious. Portions were precise, and perfectly sized to experience the dish, and still have room for dessert. Impossible to pick a favorite, or a least favorite dish - all were deliciously flavorful art. We'll be back!

We had a fabulous experience celebrating my husband's birthday. We were well taken care of by Jakob and staff. They kept us supplied with food and drink without being intrusive. The food was delicious and such fun to enjoy. Jakob's recommendations were so helpful. The final touch was the unique menu and yummy dessert provided especially for my husband. Valette was incredible. From the attention to detail for my birthday dinner to the food/service, everything was a 10/10. Even was able to meet Bob, the owner. Can not wait to go back!

We are in the middle of wine country and had no assistance picking wine... The server basically sent us an iPad and when we asked for help walked away. We were referred to this restaurant by the Harmon House concierge, who obviously hasn't eaten here or doesn't care... It is terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone.
We visited with 3 couples after visiting a couple of wineries nearby. We were all blown away by the quality of the food and service. We all had the tasting menu and the staff was very accommodating for a couple of dietary issues. The wine pairing was very good. We will definitely be back and can recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Not to be missed!!

Came for husband's birthday and was not disappointed. Had special of foie gras and Dry Creek Peaches...decadent and delicious! That set the tone. The ahi tuna appetizer remains an excellent dish..with crunchy flavorful mouth feel with the wasabi sauce. Green Goddess salad was wonderful as was the pork loin. Great wines as well. Service terrific.

First time eating at Valette. Very nice food selection. The duck breast was delicious. Fantastic wine selection. Harry the GM was very attentive to making sure we were well taken care of. Our waiter, Isaac was excellent. The only issue we had was my wife is a pescatarian and the only fish available was trout which she is not a fan of so she had the zucchini which was ok. Overall an excellent experience! We will go again.

We had a fabulous meal at Valette. Every dish was delicious. The service was outstanding. Their team works extremely well together. We had Alfredo as our server. He was attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming! Couldn't ask for more! We love eating on their patio. Even when it is chilly outside it is always comfortable there.
