We had a fabulous meal at Valette. Every dish was delicious. The service was outstanding. Their team works extremely well together. We had Alfredo as our server. He was attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming! Couldn't ask for more! We love eating on their patio. Even when it is chilly outside it is always comfortable there.
There were 6 of us in our party! The food was fabulous and we had a a wonderful experience. The highlight of our evening was a visit from Mr Valette. He stopped by to wish us all a Happy Birthday. If you are in Northern California, you do not want to miss eating at Valette in downtown Healdsburg!
While the service and vibe of the room was great, we were not overly impressed with the meal. The tuna tartar was fantastic, but the tasting menu food did not come out hot, and the pork was very dry. Lastly, when we got there, we asked about the size of the plates, and our server informed us that they were almost bite sized and too small to share.
