We have been club members for years. We paid for our quarterly wine on Feb 9th. It’s now April 5th and we still haven’t received our shipment. Emailed them several times…no response at all. Phone number goes to the new owners of the property. Frustrating when there’s no communication at all and obviously ignoring or not caring about the customer. Send us our wine or give a refund…either is fine. Wouldn’t recommend VML after this experience.
