I wanted to try this. Never been before. When I went. The girl working the counter didn't even acknowledge. If she was busy or so I walked out. Would i go again to this location no. I'll try it somewhere else. Just not hemet

I ordered a meal with zucchini they told me the zucchini was cooking and after I finished my lunch I asked about it and she asked the Cook and he said he never started cooking it so they ended up giving me my money back and I left .
I have to recind this post I got confused it was meant for farmer boys on Sanderson avenue hemet .

Got the loaded Italian, because it looked like for 9 dollars, the amount of meat on it was worth it. Upon getting it, it was held together like there was nothing in between. The lettuce was paper thin and looked nasty in the sauce. No cheese, two peppers. Absolutely not worth the price anymore. Stick to yellow basket if you wanna pay 10 bucks

Food wasn’t the worst could have been a lot better service was completely trash first off. The shake machine was down. I used to work at Arby’s so I know exactly what’s wrong every night. We’d have to tear apart to clean it so that I wouldn’t do this so if someone who’s been tearing apart every night or they haven’t been at all doesn’t know how to tear it down and clean it properly which either way is upsetting so they gave me a drink and fries which I don’t feel still adds up to the same amount that I spent on a six dollar shake or whatever the price that they gave me to compensate my shake were cold then I got down the road went to go get my wife for mozzarella sticks. They didn’t even give me marinara sauce so I had to turn around and go back. Tell him to give me marinara sauce which I shouldn’t. Don’t think I have to tell them that it should automatic be in the bag when you order mozzarella sticks, and then go back and get yelled at because mozzarella sticks were by then horrible experience would not recommend the Hemet Arby’s to anybody unless I want them to have horrible experience then I would

Husband placed an online order for pickup at 5:07p, 3 sandwich, 3 fries, 3 drinks, 1 mozzarella stick.
Daughter picked it up on her way home from school sports practice.
Got home, missing 1 sandwich and the receipt.
Call the store, speak with Estelle ( I think) who tries to tell me they can't help because I don't have a receipt. I advise her I have the digital order, she says I can come get the missing sandwich.
I tell her I'd like the sandwich and one of the meals refunded since I have to drive across town to fix their mistake.
Get to the store, finally helped, thry told me my dsughter saud she didn't want the receipt, which is a blatant lie, don't blame my daughter for your mistakes.
I ask manager Joel (I think that's his name) for a refund on one of the meals and the missing sandwich. A reasonable request.
He tells me any refunds need to be handled by calling a phone number. He leaves to get the phone number.
I rot at the counter for like, 5 minutes, he comes back without the phone number, says he called the GM who says I can have one or rhe other. I disagree, but I'm hungry and missing the freaking Monday Night Football game, the whole reason we order this garbage in the first place, it was supposed to make dinner easy. Even though I asked for the phone number, I didn't get it.
I leave because I'm hungry, I'm irritated, and it's nonsense. I'm not trying to run a scam on a leas than $7 sandwich.

I get home and start eating at 6:09, my husband placed the online order at 5:07, it was picked up around 5:30, so now my fries and mozzarella sticks are cold, the sandwich sucks, and I'm confident I know why the In N Out Burger next door is always crazy-busy and there's never a line at this Arby's...crap food and service.

I ended up calling back and asking Joel ( pretty sure that's not his real name) for this magical phone number, left a vm for Jose, the DM, we'll see what happens next.

I leave super-positive reviews or super-negative experiences, Arby's could have handled this appropriately and this review needn't have happened.
