I forgot to ask for the name of the man that served us, but he had some great customer service. I came in the drive thru tonight at about 6:50pm. The name on the receipt is Enrique. He was very sweet, made jokes with us, and was overall very enthusiastic.
Ordered through the drive through, cashier was professional. Food came out in a timely and delicious manner. The only improvement would be to have the soft drink selections available, but the lemonade was a tasty alternative.
Food is good, average Arby's. Wish they still had their potato cakes. Seems crazy to get rid of the one side item that sets you apart from the others. The curly fries aren't very good. I think it's the best fast food chicken sandwich in my opinion (way better than Popeyes) but everything is too expensive! The most expensive fast food place by far. I hardly ever go here, and looking at the parking lot and their drive thru its usually empty. Only go here if you have...
