Great ice cream cakes, we order one from them for every birthday
Owner needs to understand when something is not good offer to replace it instead he simply says "I will let the company know"
All he had to do is say bring back the bad and I will replace it. But instead he says in a roundabout way not my problem. He lost my business for good.
Goodwill is not something he understands.
Sure he did not make it, he buys it wholesale and resells and I understand that but failing to make good and a bad batch falls on him,

I ordered my husband's birthday cake a week ago online and paid. Today it was supposed to be ready at 11:45 and when I was on my way to pick it up I called to let them know I was on my way so that it could be ready and they said they didn't have my order, then they found it and said sorry it wasn't ready and sometimes the orders just don't come through their system. How is this even acceptable? This is not my fault I made sure to order it ahead of time so that it would be ready....read full review
