I came to this Carl's Jr. to enjoy some food with my son and before. I wanted to go and wash our hands. Use the restroom. I was forced to buy something or I was not allowed to use their restroom. What kind of business owner because I know this is a franchise. What kind of business owner does that to somebody? My kid Peter in his pants. I had to take him to another restaurant. I had to go get him some extra clothes because we're not even from out here. This is. Absolutely.Absurd this is the most disrespectful carl's junior I have ever been to in my life and I hope you guys shut down

I came to order breakfast at 6:11. The store opened at 6. The fryer was not warmed up and they refused to take cash. Ok no problem. So I could only order 1 item. The cashier Kristal had an attitude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked why they were open when things weren’t ready.

Seems to be an issue everytime I make the mistake of choosing this particular Carl's Jr. Whether it be the long wait times or completely missing items that I ordered. Unfortunately for me this visit was both, after the almost 15 minute wait in the drive through with me looking through the window to see the young man working inside just standing there, I get home to see that I was missing a whole combo that I had paid for. I would hope to see them apply atleast minimal effort in the future, til then I will be avoiding this restaurant in favor of the Ramona Expressway location.

Wait was really long I came in ordered around 4:46 they took 20-25 mins once my order was done they messed it up had to wait another 10 minutes total of around 30- 40 minutes just for my meal horrible quality never again
