So me and my husband went to this establishment just now, We had the worst experience ever. As we were pulling up into the drive through to the window there was a worker cleaning the drive through floor. We did not know if she seen us because she made no effort to acknowledge that we were there. So we try to say excuse me and still no response, so we honk. The girl finally looks up at us with the stare of death. So I’m assuming that upset her as we pulled to the window the girl that’s in the drive-through window open the window and I tell her I don’t think that girl like that too much. The girl in the drive-through window proceeds to say no she didn’t you honking at her pissed her off. You should have waited until she was done. Excuse me…….my husband had to get to work Plus, the girl that was cleaning the drive-through floor didn’t even acknowledge us when we first pulled in and was like excuse me. That was the rudest Customer Service ever we pulled out of the drive-through. We didn’t even pay for the food that we ordered. We didn’t get the food either for what reason why would I give my money to an establishment that higher rude people. And it’s so sad to say this is why we hardly go anywhere in the city of Hemet because we get treated this way we rather drive to Menifee, Murrieta or Temecula to do anything.

Not just because the quality has stayed true, but so has the service and friendly environment exhibited by the staff that knows us. I'm thankful for this Carls Jr because my son loves it and we've made simple yet precious memories here.

The drive thru lady was rude. She was an older Mexican woman. There was vomit and human feces in the parking lot. Some shady people walking around. The soda fountain inside smells like a moldy storm drain. Never retuning to that location.

I came to this Carl's Jr. to enjoy some food with my son and before. I wanted to go and wash our hands. Use the restroom. I was forced to buy something or I was not allowed to use their restroom. What kind of business owner because I know this is a franchise. What kind of business owner does that to somebody? My kid Peter in his pants. I had to take him to another restaurant. I had to go get him some extra clothes because we're not even from out here. This is. Absolutely.Absurd this is the most disrespectful carl's junior I have ever been to in my life and I hope you guys shut down
