Food is good. Drive through is fast but customer service is horrible. Customer service is horrible at this location in the dine in area as well. One family asked for no tomato because she’s allergic and they still have her pico de gallo on her burger. Another family asked for the bathroom code and the manager kept telling her to check her receipt instead of giving her the code. Also the food was cold. And the soda was flat, with no carbonation.

This has been our family favorite location to eat at for many many years. Not just because the quality has stayed true, but so has the service and friendly environment exhibited by the staff that knows us. I'm thankful for this Carls Jr because my son loves it and we've made simple yet precious memories here.

Hey Inland Empire friends, hope you're all doing awesome! So, I swung by CJ (Carl’s Jr.) recently, and while things were good, they weren't exactly great. First off, can we talk about how they just axed the vegetarian burger (basically a Famous Star without the meat) that used to be only $2.49? Like, whyyy? ?
But here's the kicker—those onion rings… they had this weird aftertaste, almost like cleaning supplies. And don’t even get me started...
