I've been coming to this Carl's jr for a long while now, a couple things I've noted are #1 the customer service is insanely bad almost 100% of the workers are all disrespectful on top of that they just assume I'm trying to cause problems when I'm sitting in the lobby. #2 they want you to purchase an item to get a FREE CUP OF WATER purchase an item to use the restroom, and purchase an item to even just sit in the lobby. I always end up buying food or whatever...
