I really loved this location 3413 W Florida Ave But this place took a turn for the worse. I’ve been going to this Carl’s Jr only because their service and food WAS excellent, but now the new “shift leads” and employees who work in the window/taking orders really need a attitude fix. Today they were very rude taking my order then once I got to the window I had my food and card thrown back in my face. I understand that sometimes people have bad day but it’s just the same over and over again. I will not be giving my business to this place again once they get some people who actually enjoy their job.

The fried zuchini was really good. The chicken stars were overcooked, so sadly, they were not edible for a small child. I ordered milk for my little grandson, and I ordered unsweetened ice tea with lemon for myself. They dont have lemon, so I asked for a bit of lemonade in my tea, but in order to add lemonade, they would have to charge me for an additional drink. I've never heard of such a thing!!

Lunchtime is always a rush! I ate in and my food was really good and fresh. I ordered the chicken club sandwich combo and had waffle fries...delicious! I am a repeat customer and I recommend this restaurant.

I used to love Carl's Jr, back then... At every Carl's Jr restaurant, the lettuce has changed. I feel like I am eating green vegetarian dinosaur leaves as opposed to crunching on fresh iceberg lettuce. I TASTE MORE BREAD than ANYTHING else when I eat at ANY Carl's today! The service was amazing today, BUT CARL'S JR SUCKS TODAY! MAKE UR BURGERS TASTE LIKE THEY DID IN 2008! U used to make them great, so don't ask us how we can tell U how to make those burgers better when YOU already USED TO make great burgers! The workers are amazing, but the food doesn't get all over the place like it used to. Meat doesn't taste charbroiled like it used to ... It tastes burnt. The lettuce sucks today. The burgers have more bread taste than anything. I ate three Big Carl's. They had little lettuce, hardly any sauce, a lousy piece of meat, and a piece of cheese that was overpowered by the bread. In 2008, Carl's was GREAT
