I used to love Carl's Jr, back then... At every Carl's Jr restaurant, the lettuce has changed. I feel like I am eating green vegetarian dinosaur leaves as opposed to crunching on fresh iceberg lettuce. I TASTE MORE BREAD than ANYTHING else when I eat at ANY Carl's today! The service was amazing today, BUT CARL'S JR SUCKS TODAY! MAKE UR BURGERS TASTE LIKE THEY DID IN 2008! U used to make them great, so don't ask us how we can tell U how to make those burgers better when YOU already USED TO make great burgers! The workers are amazing, but the food doesn't get all over the place like it used to. Meat doesn't taste charbroiled like it used to ... It tastes burnt. The lettuce sucks today. The burgers have more bread taste than anything. I ate three Big Carl's. They had little lettuce, hardly any sauce, a lousy piece of meat, and a piece of cheese that was overpowered by the bread. In 2008, Carl's was GREAT

I stopped by to have a breakfast burrito combo. The potatoes were cold. I showed them and they asked me to give them to them to reheat them. I threw them in the trash. The correct thing is to have some fresh potatoes. They should renew the staff or let them stay at home if they perform their job well. labor.I know that it is because of the comments that you, as a Company, are not interested in the client.
