Ordered thru the app and I called to ask for the breakfast, it ends at 11am, it's understandable... but I placed an order and wanted to see if I can add a sauce that the app didn't require... and after that, they never answered the phone. I called about 15 times and not once answered after.

I ordered a famous star with cheese and a side of waffle fries through the drive-thru window. I didn't get my waffle fries that I was charged for I got regular fries instead. I didn't get any lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or pickles on my famous star. Very disappointed.

Went today after work around 7:30 PM, it was pleasant to come across such a nice lady working at the drive thru, she was very nice and it was great to see that she seemed to enjoy her job.

Terrible service went there Saturday 24th at 9:30 and the manager in the pink shirt with glasses and a bigger build denied me a refill for a drink I paid. When I asked her to turn it on she said I had already gotten a drink worse service I’ve gotten. Never been denied a drink I pay for before but I guess if you don’t walk in with a dress I don’t get that privilege ? I was wearing a green tracksuit so I looked nothing but average .
