For a fast food place their chili is off the chain. . .. I get everything on them . .. extra cheese and onions. .. and then sometimes turn into chili cheese fries. . .NOW that's when it is off the chain, under the fence, and playing in traffic. . .

Went through the drive through and noticed I was missing my daughter's kids meal. Sent my 9 year old son in with our receipt to ask for the kids meal. The women, Lorena C (per the receipt) was very rude to him and told him we already had it. He came out upset because of the way he was spoken to and told me what was said. I went in with him and the 1 bag of food we were given and showed the receipt again and asked for our kids meal. The same women glared at me, went to the heat lamp area where our missing kids meal was clearly ready and waiting, grabbed it and slammed it down in front of me. She turned away and didn't say a single word. No "I'm sorry". Nothing.We did nothing to deserve to be treated that way. Especially my 9 year old son. They don't answer the phone there, so you can't even call to speak to a manager. Unbelievable.

Average Carl's Jr food. The service however was shockingly poor. I belive she is the manager. She brought the food to us. I smiled as she approached I got a blank uninviting look back. We asked for 1 Buffalo sauce and 1 ranch we got 2 ranch. When my wife went to ask for a Buffalo sauce she rolled her eyes and said we already gave you 2 sauces. I thought maybe she just didn't like me for some reason.No, she was equally as rude and disrespectful to her employees as she loudly chastised one of them in Spanish, at the counter.Jack in the box is across the street. There's a taco shop in this same parking lot.Will not be returning.
