I haven't been to Chipotle in a while and my first time back I walked up to the counter and everyone just stared at me, didn't greet me or say welcome to Chipotle. I had to say are you ready for me to have my order taken. Is this the norm?

High praise to your crew tonight 07-18-2025. Major kudos to the one girl cooking all the food while there were three in the front. But also a big name drop shout out to Asia, who was such a light hearted and friendly face while I waited for my food. She has such a fantastic spirit. Exactly the kind of person you want serving your customers.

Hands down my favorite chipotle location to visit. I’m never disappointed by the portions, the place is kept clean, and the staff is always so personable. If you’re lucky, you’ll get Jamie to help you. Give that beautiful soul a raise, she’s the absolute best!
