First time I've been here since before covid. I want to say it's made such good progress in cleanliness and customer service staff was very friendly. The restrooms were clean but they need to check them for toilet paper at least at the start of shift or every hour being that kids are wasteful of it and some adults other then that it was great.

Idk what does atmosphere mean Srry Chuck E. Cheese 😅. Anyways when I was young I think I was scared of chucky but it use to be so fun in the past and the food was good. THANKS CHUCK E. CHEESE 🤩🤩 best arcade I have ever been!

Its a NOPE! Food was cold and hard. Salad bar was old & EMPTY. Bathroom was filthy & DISGUSTING. $20.00 charge for a pair of socks so my kid can go down a slide...???? THATS A NOPE! And 5 cent plastic army man or a 2 cent dime size eraser is all you get for 700 tickets, PLUS, you cant even have the prizes shown in the glass display case, only the CRAP prizes behind the counter WHICH IS FALSE ADVERTISING. PLUS, ANYONE could have walked out with a child, they pay ZERO attention to the stamp or the door. WE WILL ONLY BE GOING TO MEGABITES FROM NOW ON, FOR ALL OUR KIDS BDAYS/ENTERTAINMENT. CHUCK-E-CHEESE IN HEMET IS COMPLETE TRASH & WASTE OF MONEY.

Came with our 7 year old at noon on a Monday and she quickly made a friend. She enjoyed the mini play area with trampoline (it costs $15). Place was clean. Spent $54 total for large pizza, play area, 60 min of full gaming access. Some games weren't working but she didn't care. Chucky came out and it was a nice end to 2 hours of fun and some edible pizza for a fair price. Be sure to look for their coupons, saved us a lot.

Nice for the children, it's a shame that I arrived late and the waiters were already tired. We enjoyed very little time but they had an excellent time for 2 hours

This place just keeps getting more and more expensive and the food salad keeps getting rid of more items, not worth the price for the salad bar.

Nasty food here and I would be very concerned about the germ factor here. Picnic at the park would be a better choice; and a lot cheaper too.

The newer card system is pretty fun and easy. The food is better than it was pre covid. Check it out!
