FALSE ADVERTISING, They advertise Beer and Wine, Then when we arrived. They said that the tap needs suds and the owner hasn't paid for the suds for month's. Very Disappointed. We went to a different Chucky Cheese and was served alcohol as advertised. This store owner needs to fix this now.

I enjoy taking my grandsons here and just be together. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Its small but have a lot to choose from. Adding the trampoline was a big hit.

Staff is always so rude and most of the games don't work it's better to drive the extra 10 minutes to Moreno Valley or Murrieta so much better service and there game work and they have a better variety

The place was great but the general manager Jason was so rude and the pizza was not made right so gross
First time I've been here since before covid. I want to say it's made such good progress in cleanliness and customer service staff was very friendly. The restrooms were clean but they need to check them for toilet paper at least at the start of shift or every hour being that kids are wasteful of it and some adults other then that it was great.

And 5 cent plastic army man or a 2 cent dime size eraser is all you get for 700 tickets, PLUS, you cant even have the prizes shown in the glass display case, only the CRAP prizes behind the counter WHICH IS FALSE ADVERTISING. PLUS, ANYONE could have walked out with a child, they pay ZERO attention to the stamp or the door. WE WILL ONLY BE GOING TO MEGABITES FROM NOW ON, FOR ALL OUR KIDS BDAYS/ENTERTAINMENT. CHUCK-E-CHEESE IN HEMET IS COMPLETE TRASH & WASTE OF MONEY.
