I absolutely HATE that Cold Stone has removed their tables and chairs. I mean, what if you want one of the Creations and it's HEMETHOT outside? The stuff is melted before you can get it to your car, much less get it home. Really, really dumb in this climate not to have a place to sit and consume your over-priced ice cream. Now that they have taken out the chairs, I won't ever go there again. If you don't want to take a lump of melted goo home, don't go there either. Give me a sit-down place any day.

I ordered a mint and chip and a strawberry banana cookie dough I got to have it x2 orders and they did not add the ingredients requested, gave us 1 of different size and ingredients and my I got to have it strawberry banana cookie dough had nothing on it but the ice cream with no utensil either. I guess they expected for me and the wife to eat it with our fingers. Thank god I din’t order this while at a park or with the family and received the order like this or else I be driving back and demanding my money back and giving them there horrible order back! Summer time fails and this will be uploaded to TikTok for my Millions of followers to see.

Went to cold stone to use a bogo coupon. I was told that for some reason the code was not working. They offered to let me use my $5.00 off coupon. My order would have been $15. Not $25. If the coupon was available for use. Not sure if it's a sales tactic to get people to come in but, don't send the coupon if it's not going to work. Bad for business, dishonest as well

Ordered the cone bowl and had a heck of a time driving while holding it in my hand. I ordered the mint chocolate with Black cherries with whip cream and it was really good. Didn’t quite care for the cone bowl though.

Ordered my daughter’s custom made cake and wanted it to say, Happy 19th Birthday(with my child’s name). It looked like it was done by a 5 year old. The crumb crust was messy on the outside and it was all over. Do not order from them. I wish i could show pictures of this ??♀️

this is my 6th Coldstone creamery! My first store was in fayetteville Arkansas! The second was in San Bernardino, CA, third one in Fontana, CA Fourth in Moreno Valley , CA fifth in Riverside, cA and now this one……my favorite in Hemet.I tried to get there when I first moved into my new house but I locked myself out and had to pay a locksmith $260.00!The people here at the Hemet store were very sweet and took great care of me…It ain’t just the ice cream. Their workers are all really cool people
