Ordered my daughter’s custom made cake and wanted it to say, Happy 19th Birthday(with my child’s name). It looked like it was done by a 5 year old. The crumb crust was messy on the outside and it was all over. Do not order from them. I wish i could show pictures of this ??♀️

this is my 6th Coldstone creamery! My first store was in fayetteville Arkansas! The second was in San Bernardino, CA, third one in Fontana, CA Fourth in Moreno Valley , CA fifth in Riverside, cA and now this one……my favorite in Hemet.I tried to get there when I first moved into my new house but I locked myself out and had to pay a locksmith $260.00!The people here at the Hemet store were very sweet and took great care of me…It ain’t just the ice cream. Their workers are all really cool people

I was craving ice cream. SPECIFICALLY coldstone. The place is always clean and the staff usually friendly. My most recent visit i was greeted by two employees. Colin. Ally. I felt welcomed and my order was taken. Ally made the ice cream with toppings and was so nice in ensuring I got everything I wanted in it. Excellent service. Great ice cream. Will return.

I ordered a birthday cake remix with no rainbow sprinkles and the girl there made it with a bunch of rainbow sprinkles and made the cup overflow.

Was disappointed to be told they "can't" make me a plain waffle bowl 40 minutes before closing. I think they should make them until they're closed since it's also not a cheap visit

Horrible experience from employees! Very rude little girl with the red hair and the long fake eyelashes with piercings all over her face was the one that was even more rude! Never going back again!

Friendly faces and amazing attitudes are what welcomed me in when I stopped by for dessert recently .
Visited 2/3/23 - 9:20PM I came to cold stone with my wife and son.We were not greeted when we walked in. Employees looked bothered at customers coming in. I ordered a Germanchocolatekake and was then charged for all the ice creams we ordered, to then tell me there was no more brownies when employee was half way through making the ice cream. Knowing there wasn't any brownies I would have ordered differently.I was already charged and didn't want to deal with getting return. The employees horrible attitude of not wanting to be there and the fact i wasn't told sooner about what wasn't available made it the worst experience I've ever had at Coldstone.

First thing to come to mind is This Place Sucks!!!They would rather throw away two cups of ice cream instead of honoring a email coupon that does not state on it to print, I repeat is does not say to print!!! They are asking for a printed copy why????? I could still reprint this coupon and keep using it if I wanted to the same way they say people are using the email coupon over and over. This place is Soo silly. I'll go to other locations just to use the rest of my gift cards and I will not be returning to any cold stone. I'm done with the overpriced ice cream and bratty workers sorry

Very disappointed in the service my husband received the other night when visiting this Hemet location. We come here multiple times a year for all my daughters cakes and we have never had a problem or issue. My husband showed up at about 6pm with my daughter to pick out her 13th birthday cake, The large ice cream cake runs almost 50 bucks. They wouldn't let him pay with a hundred dollar bill and said they could not break a hundred. If the cake is 50 dollars and it was 6 o clock at night, why the hell couldn't you give him 40 and some change back?? Its 2022, between the money pens and the money led lights or even the old school way of feeling the bill. There is no reason he should have been sent away instead of just breaking his 100 for a 50$ cake !!! Was it because he is fully tattooed ?? Was he being judged and discriminated against at this location? He came home feeling that way and we will not be coming back.I'll go spend our Benjamin's elsewhere $$$

The girls working we're no help explaining the different choices very rude expensive for 3 small ice creams over $30 and to top it off they charged our debit card 3 times so now I have to wait till bank opens up to call them never again pay attention when u pay for anything here won't be back
