I’ve only gone once but it was amazing! I got the bubble cone and it was so crispy and fresh, they make it right then and there. Hubby just brought me pumpkin spice crepes and it was the absolute best thing, hit every fall craving I had!! I basically inhaled it after that first bite lol GO GET IT!

I have to say it’s embarrassing I saw in the comments the own restraunt called a customer homeless for asking for wifi. It shows u judged her and just proved her point. I am a 30 year old mechanic Mexican man who also walked into your store bought a drink and was treated like a dirty homeless man . You genuinely treat customers terribly do not go here bad service

The place is pretty, kids will probably like it. That being said, I’ve been to most boba places around Hemet, many in the IE, and even many in northern California and this is definitely one of my least favorite places going off the drinks unfortunately. I’ve been here several times (I pass through a lot and am from the area) and have ordered a variety of the boba drinks and waffles. I do my best to support local businesses but I think I can finally say that unfortunately I’m just not much for the drinks here. Quality really isn’t great, especially with the price. One of the workers has been rude to me a few times when I ask for things like straws or an extra cone to hold the waffle. I like the concept of what you guys have going here and I really don’t mean to spread hate because Hemet needs more places like this but it could and should be a whole lot better.

I was kinda disappointed. The French crepe said it was folded with Nutella, but it only had a very light drizzle of Nutella on top. The Thai tea was also very very sweet. And it took quite a long time given that it was only us in the store, then a couple came in and got their drink immediately. Very strange vibe, I wouldn’t have expected them to have been playing country music

Always going here for the treats. Aside from sweets, they do have some savory options that are very tasty and well put together! The crepes are a very good size, tasty content and are made fresh. This place will be my go-to spot for a treat ?
This is my friend and I 1st time going to Crepe N Cream. When we were ready to order. There was a kid at the register. He looked not a day pass 12 years old. He was friendly. However, when my friend paid for out order which was approximately $27.00 (a bit pricey for 1 bubble waffle, 1 crepe, 1 bottle, and energy drink from the cooler) before tipping. I wouldn't mind if the seevice was better. I pulled out cash to tip them in the jar. My friend stopped me and said "no, hun. I'm adding the tip on my card." The kid then said "you can still tip me." Like wow... This kids sounds a little too eager to accept tips for anything. When we recieved out crepe and bubble waffle. The bubble waffle is served in a cone shape bubble waffe holder. I realized I needed a plate Because I wanted to share it with my friend and the ice cream was melting and it was getting messy. I went up to ask the owner for a plate. She looked at me awkwardly and hesitated like it would hurt her business to spare "1" paper plate or wanted to charge me for a paper plate. Then she said "next time you can tell me you want your bubble waffle flat. Most people wants it in the cone because it's cute.". "Really lady!!" If I would have known of the reaction. I would have told my friend not to leave a tip. I'm sure the tip my friend left, over compensate that "1" paper plate. There will not be a next time just because of your reaction and your response. And your son rubbed us off the wrong way. Sound like you guys are too thirsty for money. If your business is hurting it's from your lack of customer service. You're not the only crepe n creme.
