Very disappointed in the unavailability to accommodate. Came to redeem free slider and unfortunately the “coupon wasn’t working for anyone” mind you this was after already waiting for almost 30 min.. only two cars behind me before the sale was over ..I feel like team could’ve tried or honored it on this day. Also shake machine is down. Manager doesn’t seem to be much help to the drive thru lady who was extremely nice but overwhelmed by multiple task at once. Not done yet.. I still proceed to order a regular meal and my entire order is WRONG

So I went today around 9:30pm to claim the Drake b day chicken sandwich. The front cashier told be that the QR CODE isn’t working so she can’t scan the b day reward. It was extremely disappointing that she couldn’t help me and my party.
