I had the Keto Surf n Turf Protein bowl and it was great. Lots of chicken, shrimp and carne asada. My wife had the Keto pastrami melt on Keto almond flour bread and it was delicious. We were both sceptical about the bread until we tried it and it was really good. She had the gastric sleeve for weight loss April 2019 so she really has to watch her carbs and the Keto bread was perfect. We will definitely be returning.
