I don't like the way the car is blocked the walkway in the front entrance very dangerous they need a sign up there advising the drivers to not block!!

Okay guys it's me Momsee, I guess you can call me the kitchen lady here in hemet. Yesterday I went to pick up 14 boxes of fiesta taco boxes, got all my orders on time nicely done and followed thorough instructions for our students that are allergic to dairy. This Del Taco by east hemet right next door Starbucks. Quality of food, 5* the way it was pack 5*. Price Burrito and soft taco for our students happy happy joy joy 5*. Customer Service all in all 5* Go ahead give them a try you will get a service with a smile and like I said 14 boxes the handling packing quality. So awesome when our neighboring businesses go along in making our students happy and full. Awesomesauce.

Bought 4 tacos and 1/4. Inch of meat and little little bit of lettuce in it . Pretty much just payed for a taco shell !!! Not going back there !!

Ordered food and she refused to give out more that 4 packets of hotsauce. And my order was wrong when we got home. Crazy.

This Del Taco is the worst. Ordered my food through their terrible app. Went in to get the food they wouldn't give it to me and told me I had to go through the drive thru. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food. They were unapologetic about wasting my time. Never again will I frequent the wack, poorly run and managed Del Taco.

So last week-end my hubby was going to go to Del Taco to try their new Stuffed Quesadilla Tacos. He was going to purchase 4 of them. The last time we went there, Del Taco charged us .30 cents extra for a few onions on a burrito. I called and talked to a man who claimed to be the Manager, and told him I have NEVER been charged for onions in all the years I have been going to this location, he blamed it on rising prices due to Covid. But told me very nicely he would give me another burrito w/onions at no charge, which he did. So when we planned to go to try their new tacos, I called up and asked was I going to be charged for onions again, and he said yes. I said that is ridiculous to charge money for onions. No other fast food place does it. Then he got a real pompous attitude towards me and said that's just the way it goes with inflation. The prices have gone up on everything so too bad. Paying $1.20 for a few onions? What horrible customer service. I am not sure if this was the same male manager, because he didn't remember the last conversation with me about the onions charge. Hence it to say, I will NEVER GO TO THIS Del Taco again!!!! WHAT A J********

Where's all the meat ? All of our tacos had little to no meat. Just lettuce and cheese.

Sometimes pollo asado bowl is good. That's why I go there. Rarely for anything else Every time I order something else it's continuously wrong. I've had a pink burger from here too, for my gf. Ordered 4 breakfast toasted CHORIZO wraps this morning, and got 4 bacon ones. I'm usually pretty shy and soft spoken and I called just to get them fixed. I hate bacon and would never order bacon lol . The guy on the phone had a fat attitude and when I got there the drive-thru girl lied and said I said bacon and " now I want chorizo" girl it's fine that u made a mistake but don't go Lyin on me to everyone to make urself look better. I was picking up a doordash and I let the guy know standing outside at the drive thru box (because it didn't work i guess) who it was for he said no problem told them over the mic and said go ahead. I pull up to the window and this chick gives me the nastiest attitude and says that'll be $5.37 (or whatever) I replied with "i'm actually just picking up a door dash for *their name*" I say this same thing quite often in other drive thrus...she takes the attitude up a notch *eye roll* "WHATS THE NAME!?!" I repeat it...she then grabs their order then without looking at me sticks her arm out the window and goes "*BIG sIgH* hErE..." like honestly what in the world i'm just picking up a pre-paid order why all the sass and tude dude?!?

They're lucky to get a one. There's nothing macho about the macho combo burrito anymore. It's about half the size of what it used to be and the regular quesadilla was as thin as a credit card. I won't come back to this location and don't recommend that anyone else does.

Horrible attitude from the "manager" Becky. She actually told us "I don't need the passenger ordering, I need the driver to order." My husband said "excuse me?" and she continued the order giving us an attitude. We decided not to take the food and just drove off after getting her name and store number. Calling corporate now. She shouldn't be a manager.

If you plan on going through the drive thru prepare to be there for 40-45 minutes... don't matter what day or time you go, you will always have a long wait! No sure why they are so slow at this del taco... very sow customer service and if you get a certain girl that works there, prepare for her to be rude! They need to put her in the back because her attitude sucks

This is where you go when you don't know where else to go. Try the 1/2 lb red bean & cheese BOLD burritos. They are about a $1.50 and 2 or 3 of them will fill you up. You can also request extra sauce on the burritos!

Coming here used to be great everyone was always kind. But recently they have been forgetting some things and it's okay we're all human but when I ask they get mad at me for it instead of being kind about it. I know it's hard working fast food and having some customers who can ruin your day. But their customer service can be a little better and they can choose kindness because when they get like that over simple things you can handle and move on it ruins our day.
