my wife got the wrong food nothing we ordered came how we asked... out waitress was horrible she brought us our food and never came back.. my daughter needed a refill of her drink we had to go ask the hostess for refills for the whole table after waiting 20 minutes for our waitress

My mother and I had a very unpleasant experience at this Denny’s location. Our waitress was rude and rushed us without giving us enough time to review the menu. When our food arrived, it was cold. We asked for it to be reheated, but when it was returned, it was still cold. Unfortunately, the manager was also unreasonable and did not seem willing to listen or address the issue properly, assuming only one meal was cold instead of both. As a Hemet resident, I will not be returning to this location. I highly recommend the Denny’s in San Jacinto instead, as it provides a much better experience.

L Decided to get up this morning to take my daughter out for breakfast to Denny's ordered steak, eggs and pancake. The steak taste like rubber and the entire meal was extremely cold not even lukewarm The butter will not even melt. My daughter's fries were cold. Brought it to the manager's attention and waitress extremely rude services. I refuse to sit there and eat cold food that's cause close to $50 Florida Ave. sucks the best Denny's to go to is the one located in San Jacinto is worth the drive. Also, they are very unclean tables were dirty The waitress used her bare hands to wipe the table off and set us down. after approaching the manager while he was sweeping the floor He asked to go warm my food up, but I asked him would he please wash his hands before touching my plate. This is extremely nasty unhealthy place won't be back.

I came to eat out with my wife and kids than the server we had her name was Keyla and she was being very rude and disrespectful to my kids. One of my kids was being a lil loud and she was telling him profanity and even brought up his race and his condition saying that’s why he’s loud because of those 2 things. Than she proceeded to say walking away that she was going to spit in my food. After that she did not come to help us not once and had a different server help us. She deserves to be fired or else I’ll see her in court.
