The food was horrible. The mac & cheese was horrible. The beans was just out of a can my wife and I both agreed and we’re sick behind the food overpriced close your doors.

In my opinion, best BBQ spot in Hemet, and ive tried them all. My 18 month old and I had a nice picnic thanks to destination, she doesn't normally eat meat but couldn't get enough of the brisket and potato salad.
Nice people working there and can't wait to go back again :)

This is my honest review and MY OWN OPINION Service was amazing as always! The food is always so good but today was a bit different, I ordered tacos brisket and pork belly the brisket was great BUT the pork belly was a different story… i usually love the pork belly tacos but today they were extremely hard and tasted so bad even my son spit it out and said yuck. Not sure if I just happened to get the really really dry burnt pork belly tacos or something but next time I will definitely be checking my food before heading home but overall I will always suggest this place to family and friends ?

The grilled oxtails are PHENOMENAL. Brisket philly is awesome. I drive 40 minutes to get to this place and it's well worth it. A bit pricey, but again, it's well worth it bc there's no place comparable in the area. Highly recommended.

Came in today to get a brisket cheddar,pork belly taco,and 8oz. Mac n cheese. First off the food was amazing!!!! Soooooo goood.my issue was after I placed my order,some gentleman came in and began flirting with the manager,they began speaking so much and asking the same questions!! A line starts to form almost out the door.then to add insult to injury they served these gentleman before me!!! Mind you (this is BBQ the food is already prepared before you arrive) there food should not have been started until mine was taken care of!! I didn’t order a special item just regular food that has already been cooked.the explanation I received was “it depends on where it comes from” what does that even mean ?? Again the food was great but I won’t be returning to this location

This review is regarding the Murrieta location. The customer service and atmosphere gets 5 out of 5 stars. The food unfortunately gets 2 out of 5 stars. We ordered everything on the receipt plus a side of small greens after the fact. He spent around $100. The oxtails were slightly salty and not tender as advertised on their social media platform (falling off the bone). The brisket was tasteless and fatty. The mac and cheese wasn’t that bad, but it tasted like a seafood pasta somehow. The greens were not good at all. The yams were not done all the way, but the seasoning was there so I give them that. The potato salad is not your typical potato salad (just mayo and potatoes maybe). The bread was good and the bbq sauce could be more flavorful and standoutish. We did want to order ribs and baked beans, but unfortunately by the time we arrived they were no longer available. I am not leaving this review to bash this establishment whatsoever. This is my honest opinion, so if you like bbq I would recommend you make it yourself or find somewhere else to go until they improve on their recipes.

I tried this spot a couple of times now and to me it's just ok. The black diamonds are as advertised, fire. But the brisket this last time was not very good and the overall food to me was not worth the price. The brisket this most recent time was some of the worst I have had in California and tasted and looked old. I am not a huge ox tail fan so I probably wouldn't return.
