We had a company event last night and decided to order pizza last minute for the employees.
First, the app would not work. I had nearly completed the large order when it reverted back to the beginning and wouldn't allow me to add again.
After messing with that for too long, I called it in. That was a smooth process. I got a text after about 20 minutes saying the driver was on the way. An hour later he still hadn't arrived. I called and was in the automated system for about 20 minutes. Then I received a text saying my order was cancelled.
I finally got through and they were so confused, giving several excuses. One being they couldn't find the address. The event was at the Hemet historical theater, lol. Anyone who lives in Hemet knows exactly where it is.
Needless to say, everyone was very hungry and tired of waiting. Order from this location at your own risk!

PROS -Good food. -Website has good deals. -Menu is pretty big. -They Deliver. -Delivery times are fast. -Website updates your order status quickly. -They will text you when pizza is ready. -Close to my house. -They will throw in free sauce if you ask. -Website gives rewards points with each purchase.
CONS -Cost is pricey if you don't use coupons. -Parking lot is ussually congested. -Takes a while before you get service. -Bigger orders may take a long time. -In store hours could be longer. -Lobby/Dining area is tiny. -Located in a stripmall, and it's tricky to find it at night.
I'll start off by saying their parking lot has a decent amount of parking spaces but often gets congested because this Domino's is located in a strip mall. The parking spaces in front of the Domino's itself is ussually hogged up by all the delivery cars when I get carryout, so parking sometimes gets annoying. Also, the restaurant itself is sometimes hard to find at night because the building is big and has many other commercial businesses in it. The food itself is decent, and ordering from the website is easy enough. The website is nice because it gives rewards points for each purchase and you can eventually trade the pizza rewards points for a free pizza after accumulating enough points. Last time I walked in to get my carryout pizzas, I had to stand in the lobby for 3 minutes before I was finally noticed by an employee and got service despite there being no line and at least 10 employees on site. I asked to purchase additional garlic sauce for my garlic bread bites but the cashier gave me a free sauce cup on the house so that was nice. Processing & Bake times are basically the same as other big pizza chains. They close their doors for carryout at 10pm but that's a bit early for my liking being the night owl that I am. Delivery orders are available till 11pm or midnight I believe. I got delivery once from this particular Domino's and my pizza was delivered in a timely manner, I ussually get carryout however. Overall, I would recommend this Domino's to all my fellow Pizza lovers. 🍕
My order was missing toppings. No sauce on pizza. Ordered a 2nd pizza that was just cheese and it has bubbles of no cheese. Pick a different pizza place. save your money
This is usually my go to store and they always have excellent customer service. I called today 2/15 to speak with a manager and the gentleman who answered the phone asked me to called back in 30 minutes. I called back and the manager refused to speak with me and told the employee to take a message instead of helping me. This is horrible customer service and they couldn’t provide a number that worked for me to call corporate so I am just very disappointed in this stores customer service this time and it really has changed my mind about this location.

I used to love Domino's delivery! Lately, it's not been good. Long delivery time. App says delivered when it isn't, drivers forgetting things, food arriving not hot. If you call, they will remake it and you can wait even longer. Hire more drivers please!

I don't understand why, when I order extra pepperoni, they always stack the pepperoni on top of each other instead of spreading it around the whole pizza. There are so many areas of the pizza missing pepperoni and in one spot it has 10 pieces of pepperoni stacked on top of each other. Like what????? I usually think its a fluke cause I rarely order extra pepperoni, but its happened almost every time and I don't get it.
