I used the love coming to this Dunkin but the food now is either cold or cold and soggy. The food tastes like the oil has not been changed and to top it off looks like it’s not even cooked correctly. The customer service has fell off so bad and every time I get to the window they do not greet you nor do they help you with any questions/concerns. Seems as though they just try to get you out of the line and give you below average food/drinks.

The drive threw person was rude and didn’t greet well poor service I was gonna pay her with my cash but her rude service said that I can’t accept your money so I had to transfer money to my card and didn’t wanna hand the drinks like if i was gonna drive off with them and no thank you or anything after I payed

This is not the first time where they forget to add something to my order, both sandwiches without sausage after clearly adding sausage to my order. I do not have the time to go back every single time. I usually come here often for their coffee & coffee is great but repeated experiences like this definitely makes you lose customers .

Worse Dunkin I’ve been to. They are very rude here would not go again. I could imagine what they’re doing to the food and drinks based off how they treat and talk to costumers I would not trust them to be in charge of my drinks and food. Hoping they fire the whole team and hire better people.

It’s astounding how every time I come, i meet a new rude employee. Even the managers are rude and talk, loudly, behind customer’s backs. As I was pulling up in the driveway, I heard employees making fun of the customer before me seemingly for no reason. Cheap donuts aren’t worth how rude these people are, go to the Dunkin in San Jacinto instead.

I’ll always enjoy a dozen of Dunkin Donuts rich in flavor and I get filled from the rich ingredients used to make my dozen God bless you Dunkin’ Donuts…Amen to that!!!

Bek is one of the most rude people I have ever met. I listened to her speak down to an elderly gentleman who had to pay in quarters because story policy was to not accept his $50 bill. The man was clearly trying to spend within a limit and asked questions during his order to make sure he didn’t over spent. When it was time for payment he presented a $50 for his order and Bek rudely told the elderly man that she could not accept it. There were multiple better ways to tell this man other than the tone and words she chose. The man went out and got quarters and came back in to pay. He counted his quarters with her and miscounted. She rudely told him he was going to get her fired, over 25 cents. Then she said “thanks the last thing I needed today was all these quarters”. The man put his head down said thank you and walked slowly out the door in embarrassment to the rest of the customers. She had no right to speak to him that way. I confronted her aster he left the store and she was showed no remorse. The elderly do not deserve to be treated that way especially when all he was trying to do was get a donut for him and his dog on this sunny day.

Great tasty donuts hard to find in California Excellent pastries and friendly service at a reasonable price. I particularly like the plain glazed donuts, French Crullers and muffins.

For 3 months straight the coffee was perfect. But in the last month when asking for cream and sugar , it taste like there only adding cream and no sugar. Not sure if this is a powder mix up at this particular store. Only creamer has been added to my coffee the past 3 or 4 visits and I have to add my own sugar at home.
