El Patron Mexican Grill & Entertainment

Recently placed my first order with this restaurant via Grubhub and was very pleased.

The Spinach Enchiladas (served with poblano beans, fresh broccoli, and homemade green salsa) was excellent. It was worth the high price I paid for it.

In addition, the side of beans was very good and tasty.

Will order from here again because I want to try other things off of the vegetarian menu.

Great prices especially happy hour which may be every single day. Margaritas are great. The appetizer platter is like a full meal.

Last night my grandson graduated from high school and we went to celebrate at Patrons it was awesome they put up decorations and had it perfect for him. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner and any celebration they truly went above expectations.

I visited El Patrón and Grill in Hemet with my wife and children, and unfortunately it was a very poor experience from start to finish.

Right after we were seated, the waiter rushed us to order and told us we should order quickly “before the big parties start ordering.” While we were still placing our orders, I tried to change my order within about 30 seconds, and while he was still standing at our table, he told me it was already entered in the system and it was too late to change. That felt unnecessary and unaccommodating.

When our food arrived, our taco plates and other dishes came with no salsa, no lemons, no ketchup nothing at all. The drinks we ordered also looked nothing like what was advertised in the pictures. To make matters worse, the food itself was dry, lacked flavor, and was overall disappointing.

The biggest issue was the customer service. We felt rushed the entire time and not welcomed. Ironically, the host staff showed better customer service than our waiter.

Overall, this was not a good dining experience, and we would not return based on the service and food quality.

You guys need better customer service and update your hours!
If someone comes in an hour before closing kitchen, which states the kitchen closes at 11:30 they should be served!

I came for the Taco Tuesday special. The margaritas options were delicious, I ordered 6 mini of the Tri- chicken mini street tacos then 4 of the grilled chicken mini street tacos. Chips and salsa were fresh. I was able to watch the NBA game at the bar. The bartender was busy but very attentive to the customers and the orders.

Came in on Sunday morning with a friend of mine, and the service was so poor. Right as we arrived, the only welcome we got was from the lady who sat us in the front. As we got to the table in the dining room, the server was just so emotionless, like they didn't like working there. After having to wait for chips and salsa for 15 minutes still with not coming by getting our drinks. On top of that, the person in charge was speaking to the server, so rude as well. Now I know why when the server came to my table all miserable not even a smile a glance of happiness. The food was good I can't deny that, it's just the lack of service I received the fact that I've seen the server get talked down. While I sat near one of the kitchen doors I just heard them call out the workers over their radios not in a pleasant voice, walking around the dining room the man proceeded to still yell into the microphone of his radio to the employees, I just sat there watching as another table at the corner of the dinning at the window booths just look back at us and noticed what we just have. There is no excuse for any of this that I myself and other couples noticed.

They are just so rude have the most nasty attitude speak to you like your nothing, are constantly speaking rude to the other employees
