Price was average. but the shrimp burrito was awful. chuck s of onion and bell peppers. about 5 shrimp and some nasty sauce. No cilantro or cabbage . Nothing. Oh well, I won't be ordering that again.

Horrible experience and horrible customer service, we walked in the taco shop to not be greeted by anyone. My burrito had hairs in it and the staff seemed as though they couldn’t care less about it. It’s sad because I’ve been here multiple times and this is by far my worst experience.
To preface this review I have never left a negative review but after my experience at this location I felt a great need to. We came into the restaurant and cashier did not greet us at all I needed to say hi and then proceeded to be very dry and not talking at all. The cashiers name is Joanna. After ordering we went inside to check on our order and the cashier didn’t even remember we had just ordered and handed us the order and once again was silent. After coming home we find two large strands of hair in the burrito. I just wished we had a better experience I feel as though we wouldn’t be so upset if the customer service was at least bare minimum.

Service was horrible. I ordered and waited for my order. Quite a few people came in after me and got there orders. So when I went to counter and asked where was my order. They had it at the register, but no one had called my number. No apology, justed handed me my cold order. I should have asked for my money back. Will never ever go again!
