I went here and had the best experience with worker kassie! She is an amazing worker so smiley and made my experience so much more better than just getting wings!! She’s is so amazing!! EVERYTIME I come in I love her big ball of energy and love she gives each one of my wings LOL!! Amazing food btw!!

Wings & place was good/clean. Krystal didn't want to be there. No smile, no sharing of offers, no punch card offer...Nothing=Bad Service. She was quick to get on her cell phone after. The other girl was sweet & smiled when getting my order to me.

Noticed my wife’s review was missing from this epic wings location. She was polite and stated the facts. This restaurant does not achieve the same standard as the other locations we love. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store and drive to the other locations.

i placed a mobile order and got a flat tire on my way to pick up my order and i called to let the staff know that I would not be able to make it on time to pick up my order and was it OK for my order to be picked up at a later time and they were perfectly OK with that they even called and checked on me to see what I still make it today or not and when I got there, they even gave me extra wings and some bread for having such a tough day and I really appreciate that they really made my day I was having a very bad day and this was a true blessing. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.

I placed an online order for pickup this evening. Upon arriving to pick it up, the two girls at the cash register provided phenomenal customer service. When we came home and ate the food, everything was delicious! Thank you, Epic Wings team!
