The Lunch Specials ate are a great value (as of June 2025); a good amount of food , fresh and hot.
Unlike many Chinese restaurants, the selection on the Lunch Special menu is generous (almost 30 choices).
Service was prompt and courteous.
The only negative (if it was not for my family, I would not have entered the restaurant): the owner/manager (man wearing a grey SD ball cap) went out front (at the entrance) about every 15 min to smoke, snort his nostrils, then spit into the parking lot. We walked by this upon our entering.
Most English-speaking restaurant guests find this as distasteful and unappealing.
We’ve ordered take out a few times and it is always good and typically calm during pick up. However today that was not the case, we decided to come and sit down and dine in. The food was good and the service was okay but strange. The manger or owner, whoever this man was, was clearly stressed and literally running and speeding through everything. He was physically running in this small establishment and a bit aggressive in his speech. This man quite literally tossed the check on the table then realized he forgot the pen and threw it on the table. This created a very hostile environment. There was a new waistress and the man was clearly upset at her, as if he had no patience even though it was her first week. It seemed as if they were getting to many online orders and maybe short staffed for the Friday dinner rush. The food was good but the environment today was very hostile.
We ordered Kung pao chicken chicken was rough and dry and it had too many mushrooms we eaten at this plase many times before and so disappointed this time
I ordered take out. I offered to bring back the order to show the portion size but was told by the manager not to. But the manager said because the cost of food purchase went up for them the portions are smaller. I paid $18 for a full meal the size of a kid lunch size meal and when I called and complained ( mind you the manager wasn't on site but on the phone) she had me drive back 6 miles to get the correct portion only to get the exact same kid portion as before. The man onsite just expected me to take the food instead of open the container. But after seeing the same kid portion I asked for my money back, he called the manager and she refused the refund. I left the food there. The man onsite asked if I could wait 20 minutes to make my meal for the 3rd time and I refused because I had enough.
The best Chinese in Hemet!!!!
Surprised today how superb food was, fresh, hot, tasty, delicious, excellent prices for quantity. Expansive lunch menu.

Little gathering of people with us. We had a mixture of items.
I went with the cashew chicken; the celery was crunchy, the sauce was shiny; could use a little more flavor over freshness in my opinion.
The brown rice could use a bit of softening; a little dry; put some soy sauce on it to help it out.
Quite a few togo pickup order I saw while dining in; I suppose they are popular enough.
Staff is nice and quick with the food prep.
$15 Meal price a little high in comparison to other asian inspired food in hemet / san jacinto area although did taste a little healthier.

The food is good, better than all the other local Chinese places but I would rate them as a “4” in this category. Although, they do have the best hot and sour soup. Wait staff is attentive and helpful. The menu is extensive with over 150 items. Most of their business seems to be take out/pick up as a steady stream of people coming in for their orders.

This is one of our favorite places! We enjoy dine in, take out and door dash with this restaurant. The food has always been piping hot, fresh and delicious.I personally enjoy the crispy spicy beef (comes with plain white rice) the texture is lovely and the spice level is perfect (around a medium heat I would say).My bf favorite dish is the house chow fun rice noodle (packed with shrimp, beef, chicken and veggies) the noodles are a delightful texture, a wide slightly chewy noodle, delicious. We enjoy the kid options for our toddler, the portions great. We tend to get our little one the chicken lo mein which is a fair portion and also comes with some white rice.
