Let me say this, this place has become I and my mother's favorite spot to eat in hemet. It reminds us of the hibachi grill in San Bernardino we use to go to but it shut down. Everything is made fresh it's super clean, quiet not loud at all.
I used their buffet option. There are myriad deserts, which is impossible to try in one visit. They provide a variety of hot meal things - rice, soups, chicken, vegetables, fish, and many other. Seasoning and sauses are also available. Drinks go for additional charges. Pricing seems reasonable (~$15.30), but not for everyday stops. Maybe one another week or just for a group visit, it will be a good format to lunch there.

There is food for everybody. It is well kept. The steam table is immaculate....
