I have been here two times and both times customer service has been horrific. I literally feel like I'm messing up their day by choosing here to eat. It's right next door to where I work I come here once a month so the first time I went in there the girl did not at all even look at me speak to me and basically threw the egg rolls that I ordered at me so I asked for my money back left. Today, I decided to give them a second chance, I go in basically the same sort of treatment different person. I just want to let them know that it's a real appetite killer when you're spending your hard-earned money in this economy. Consider giving the people that work here some customer service training. Thanks

Awesome place, good food, good service! They give pretty big portions and have reasonable prices. Place was pretty clean and I'm a big fan of that when dining out.
Really enjoyed the food, and the portions were incredibly generous: the box could hardly close! I also enjoyed the Taro boba smoothie. The pricing was very affordable; I would definitely come back! :)

The food is AMAZING!! The best rice noodles! We went at 8:45 pm right before closing, and they still made fresh food for us! My wife loves their Egg Foo Young with shrimp! 😋🤤

I’ve been going here for MANY years. This is the first time I’ve gotten so little food when ordering a C. It’s not just now either, the quantity has consistently gone down every time I’ve ordered from them in the past year unless there happened to be a particularly cheerful worker that day. The employee today obviously didn’t want to be there.
The chow mein goes under the entrees so there’s even less than you think. Their side boxes for the c combo are now smaller than they used to be by a good amount and they didn’t even fill it all the way. These guys used to never fill the box like this and I would always rave about how they stuffed the box more than Mr You.
I’m so disappointed because the first thing I do when a new person comes to Hemet is recommend them. If I’m having a friend over that’s never tried them I buy them a plate every time. For birthdays we buy two family packs. Thankfully I can say the quality hasn’t gone down, but I really hope today was a particular fluke because there was just so little care given.
