twink manager at the drive thru needs an attitude check, the app only lets you put a certain amount of sauces and I'm not sharing 4 tiny sauces on 12 different menu items, learn to use your words instead of saying I put what's on the app and close the window and walk away. be so fr

My order was supposed to be ready at 8:39 I went 3 mins later I live 3 mins away once I got home tried a fries and it wasn’t even warm so I went back to let them know (not even going in to fight) this girl told “Emanuel” I’m guessing he is the shift lead and he came with a attitude took the bag fast and told the lady making the food “drop this I’ll tell you right now” in Spanish thinking I don’t know what he is saying and as if I was making a problem all I said was it wasn’t even warm to the girl and it is not the first time my food is not even warm I never spoke up my first time speaking up I get treated like if I came in with the problem. Unprofessional

Cardboard 🍟 fries, texture, and temperature were there but lacked taste and flavor. I didn't finish those and gave some to the dog. He liked 👍 Jumbo Jack 🍔 Hamburger (no cheese), I was able to finish this. It, too, had the temperature expected, but there was more of an attempt to make an actual burger here. It came with lettuce, tomato, and some mayo. It was ok in the absence of other burger joints locally closed due to Memorial Day. I was in my car, so the atmosphere was off the chain!

Let's start by saying their new boneless wings were dry as hell. Look at it, and LOOK AT IT. Where is the sauce, man. I had to wait 10-15 mins for my fish and chicken. And I get this?! The fish sandwich was good, just the wings had nothing on it.
