Drive thru service great. Ordered teriyaki chicken bowl w/egg roll and fry for daughter in-law and grandbaby, was awesome! Oreo shake for hubby was delicious.

These guys mess up my order every time plus they never have things on there menu to actually buy. Like today not mots sticks no brownies. Then they give me jalapenos poppers that are over cooked and small and are literally missing the jalapeno.

Cleanest Jack in the Box in Hemet and San Jacinto! The lady at the register was so sweet and gave me an extra drink while I was waiting on a delivery and I damn near cried. I already liked the breakfast and the coffee but now I'm coming to exclusively this

Very busy but friendly. We had to wait a bit but we got free fry’s and that was super cool.
Night shift 11pm 2/24 had a whole line parked in front because they could not take out order on time I know keeping that time down is important but if you cant do it then you can’t do it shouldn’t be allowed to cheat next time I will stay at the window until I receive my food because having six cars parked out front is ridiculous.

If i could give negatives i would. Its dirty. The drink machine was out of everything. The people working the counter took our order then completely ignored the people behind us for like 10 minutes. The food was ok but i was so grossed out i couldnt finish my food.The bathroom was filthy. Had male bodily fluids on the floor. The white kind.... Didnt notice till a fter id gone to the bathroom. Thought it was soap but the soap was blue foam. There was no seat covers and there was toilet paper all over the floor. Hate to see what the kitchen looks like or the inside of the soda machine?. All i wanted to do was go home and take a shower after visiting.

New ice coffee, mocha. Tell them easy with the ice, though. You wind up with 3 ozs. Of coffee otherwise.
