I moved out to Valle Vista in 2010. Typically I don’t rate “fast food restaurants” However? This particular Jack in The Box restaurant has always been run like a family restaurant. I have special dietary restrictions and they take every effort to ensure that the good is correct. Is the food great? It’s Jack in The Box, however I am going to give them a 5 out of 5 all the way down the board.

The girl that took our order was amazing!!!! She couldn't have done a better job or been any nicer I give her a 10 star salute and she deserves a raise. It was about 10:30 wen we went forget her name but she was cute as could be and was Escalante at her job, couldn't be happier!!!

Their late night/graveyard crew is amazing. They get the food out in a very timely matter, and it's always fresh. The crew has amazing customer support provided to the customers. My dad wanted some tacos and they got that stuff done fresh & hot for them, and gave us a handful of taco sauce to go.
There was someone in front of us that was ordering a bunch of stuff and they either asked them to pull to the front or got their order done quick, which is amazing in itself. Either way, good job guys!!!

The food was fresh and good, the service was amazing Yami the lady from the Drive thru had the most amazing customer service ever I was having a hard time deciding on what drink to get because they were currently out of lemonade and even her boss tried the Agua fresca for me to tell me if the flavor was similar to the normal one. They have such an awesome and friendly atmosphere recommend coming here.

Ridiculous!! Just came to Jack on my lunch break ordered through the drive thru I asked for 1 Jr Chicken Sandwich. 1 Jr Bacon cheeseburger and 2 tacos. Got back and realized they handed my the wrong order. There was 2 tacos and 1 plain cheeseburger and fries. Called and they couldn't help me. Bad service!!
