They are rude they make you wait, when you ask for a refund they refuse and when your food is ready they are extremely rude when they give you the food is cool by time you get it . Corporate doesn’t answer the phone

Ridiculous!! Just came to Jack on my lunch break ordered through the drive thru I asked for 1 Jr Chicken Sandwich. 1 Jr Bacon cheeseburger and 2 tacos. Got back and realized they handed my the wrong order. There was 2 tacos and 1 plain cheeseburger and fries. Called and they couldn't help me. Bad service!!

And the breakfast jack omg it so good the bread was soft the cheese was melted the way I like it and the ham omg was so good
The hash brown was ok I give a 6 out 10
But overall everything was good thanks ?

Spent around $50 on 5 shakes, curly fries, and poppers. Whipped cream was running down all of them, I asked for a napkins, it was a mess and it was dripping on my car, she said she put extra in the bag, which there were 2. Girl was rude, didn't care whipped cream running down on my hands and car. I asked for more napkins, no reply, reported it to the manager and he said we'll she just put too much whipped cream and was in A hurry to help the other customers...how is rhat helpful? I need napkins to clean my hands and car door? I need good service too! Very dissappointed

ok I went there on Sunday May 26 about 9:20 pm and ordered online just 2 items, it said it would be done in 7-9 minutes. I got there about 11 minutes later and told a thin Hispanic guy in a black shirt that i had an order, (Im hispanic too). He looked at the screen and said "its not ready yet". I waited 15 more minutes along with three other people who were waiting way before me. they started to get impatient and they said they have been there at least 5 minutes before me. there was a big order for 50 tacos ahead of us, I understand. I worked in food service as a manager for decades and I know sometimes it can get very hectic. Then A lady walked in and ordered 2 tacos, he gave her the change and she was looking at her receipt and money in her hand and kept trying to call the thin hispanic guy over. He finally answered. She told him "you shorted me a dollar". He says we dont have any change" and walked off. So when she got her food before everyone else including the 50 taco online order, which is fine. This same guy was handing her food, I said "you owe her a dollar, at least give her a cup for a drink". He looked at me and walked off. She said its ok. No its not! He did not care. And so another young man with glasses came to me and said have you been helped? I said "I ordered on line 25 minutes ago. He said are you sure you ordered it here?" I said yes on my app and i only come here. I told him that the thin rude guy said, "its not ready yet" after he looked at the screen. So this young nice man w glasses rushed and gave my food to me complimentary, it was only like 6$.The issue i have is with the other guy, he did not care about shorting the lady a dollar, nor tried to fix it and ignored both of us. And he should of said to me, I dont see your order. Or I would of tried to fix it.Otherwise they are usually really good w great customer skills at my location. Please talk to this young man who worked this shift. I only seen 4 people working, 3 men and a woman. Thank you for listening.

Since fast food now pays $20.00 an hour customer service has suffered. Not at Jack in the box. They have elevated their customer service. Food is fresh, lobby is clean, employees are friendly and service is fast. I eat at this location about 4 days a week for my 30 minute lunch break because of the customer service.Thank you for not forcing a kiosk machine on me and treating me as a valued customer. All the staff is awsome.
