Since fast food now pays $20.00 an hour customer service has suffered. Not at Jack in the box. They have elevated their customer service. Food is fresh, lobby is clean, employees are friendly and service is fast. I eat at this location about 4 days a week for my 30 minute lunch break because of the customer service.Thank you for not forcing a kiosk machine on me and treating me as a valued customer. All the staff is awsome.

It seems that it doesn't matter if I preorder on the app and drive through to pick it up, or order directly from the restaurant, they're always forgetting something!!!
Somebody please tell "Jack" so he can properly train his employees that, "You can not put a scoop of ice in a cup of hot coffee and call it iced coffee." ARE YOU PEOPLE CRAZY? And your remedy was to put additional ice in the cup and inform me that it would melt again. Never should of taken a chance on a iced black coffee. Surprised I didn't have difficulty getting a refund after refusing to accept this watered down coffee.

If you're going to eat here I highly recommend the drive through because they put 100% of their attention there. Stood at the counter waiting for half my lunch break without anyone so much as turning to look at the front of house. No time left to get food here and no time to go anywhere else.. great.
Not a clean table in the joint. Food has gotten expensive and smaller portions.

An hour attendant selling me ridiculously priced food,that has lost quality in value and taste. I'm the dumb one for continuing to think anything would get better at this location.

I ordered the new pumpkin shake, it did not look like the picture, when I told the them about it, they said they ran out of the cups, so there was no room for the whipped cream, it was in a regular cup. If I'm going to pay that much for something I want it to look like it's advertised, they should have told me they didn't have the cups for it, I wouldn't have ordered it. Very disappointing.
