Their food is pretty good, though I'm not a fan of some of their sauces. Not nearly as much choice as subway, but it's all fresh and you can watch them slice your meat, cook your hot sandwich ingredients, etc, which is a nice touch.
There's not much to say about atmosphere. It's a clean space with a handful of small tables, though, and that's good enough for enjoying a sandwich or bowl.
Service is great. Everyone is friendly and attentive.
Prices are a little higher than I wish, but then, these days, what isn't?

Was shocked at 20.00 for a 12" sub. The girl look at me funny and didn't even say thanks for the tip. I probably won't go back.

Always come to this jersey Mike's without issuebut this time was rough. It was slightly busy and the employees looked like they were all over the place and their was a whole loaf of bread on the ground under the bread rack. Pickup time was at 3:15 but didn't get the good until 3:35. I wasn't the only customer waiting for 15+ minutes either because out of the 5-6 employees nobody was working the online order station. Got home with the food and both sandwiches had the wrong bread and special instructions were not followed for light oil and vinegar. Will come back to this jersey Mike's again but hopefully with my order correct.

Everyone was so nice! Purchased a giant tuna sandwich the jersey way. Lasted me 2 days...highly recommend!!!!
You shouldn’t sweep until you close. Ordered a hot sandwich and then they started sweeping towards the grill. You can see all the hair and dust go up in the air. We shouldn’t have to say anything, these workers should be trained better. As a former manager in the restaurant industry we didn’t sweep, mop or vacuum while food was being cooked or customers present. Got to be more mindful.

Food is always great. We use to come here at the Hemet ca. location when we lived on this side of the valley. We moved closer to San Jacinto and now eat at the newer business in San Jacinto Ca. Today we were in Menefee, so we were hungry and stopped off at the Hemet location; big mistake !! Since we were hungry we decided to eat right there. Staff made a mistakes on the order before and after our order, so it slowed things for all customers. My wife looked at " all " the tables so we could sit down to eat; all very dirty. In fact, the tables were dirty as were all the floor area. It was noon, so it could not get this dirty in this little bit of time with only 2 other tables with customers; not cleaned for days !! I asked for a wet paper towel, hoping one of the staff would offer to clean it; not the case. In fact, they would not wet the paper towel, they told me that I had to wet it in the bathroom sink; really. Still great food at both locations, but the staff at the San Jacinto location is a 10 +. Clean store, efficient staff, great experience at the San Jacinto location. If you have to drive a few extra miles, go to the San Jacinto location for a better overall experience.
