I've been predicting this place would close down soon, every time we drive by it's empty, nobody in the store, except for workers. Horrible location, expensive bland sandwiches and the owner of Jimmy John's is a horrible human being. Glad they finally took the trash out.

Sandwgich was good. First time here and they said they are closing tuesday... weird. But my mom ordered a sandwhich and they dis it wrong so I went back and exchanged it for the CORRECT one... great. Decided to get another one and they dis THAT ONE WRONG!!†And I wondered why they were closing

I made an order online and made a mistake. I called Jimmy John's right away and they were able to fix my order and deliver it all within like 5 minutes! The delivery guy, Jonathan was very professional and kind! Overall, great experience! 👌

Absolutely awful experience for the first time @ Jimmy Johns. Girl up front was so rude I almost walked out before I even ordered! Frenchie? NOT a bagette as they describe, just a fluffy skinny roll. Asked them to put vinagrette on my sandwich and they refused! Hey - If I want asphalt on my sandwich then they should comply! Ridiculous - I ended up getting it on the side. Worst place ever - not a single person in the place, and I wonder why... Don't waste your time or money. Go to Jersey Mikes down the street or even Subway for heaven's sake. What a joke.

Went to Jimmy John's for the 1st time and food was great.... The staff explained the menu to us so we got exactly what we wanted...We had The Frenchie and 8 " Ham and Provolone...we walked out stuffed and talking about when we're coming back to try some more menu items

Where to start.... The bread is awful--Wonder bread in roll form. The meat in the sandwiches is dry and cut too thinly. The cheese has hard edges. The tomatoes are a pile of mush with tomato skins and where do they find so much lettuce that isn't green. I don't think you can find a more bland sandwich. And their pricing is outrageous for the quality and quantity. I would suggest just about anywhere else for a better sandwich. Oh, and my sandwich didn't look anything like the pics that are posted (which are the same for every location, so I assume they're professionally done and uploaded by corporate).

So many other better sandwich places to go to... there's not much that's really special about this place it's just more overpriced a little better quality than Subway I'd rather just eat it on home
recently came here with my family and had a very "colorful" exchange with the woman working there to say the least. we were uncomfortable from the moment we reached the counter until we left . we will not be returning. the way you treat customers is truly pathetic.

I tried it twice and if your a bread Lover go to jimmy johns! I will never go back, go to fresh cut and get a real Sandwich! They should be ashamed to sell that. Give it time you'll go down serving a bread sandwich. Your horrible twice!!!!!!I don't do this for anything free just trying to help. Don't be a rip off!
