when I first arrived I did not get greeted at all and there were three young ladies. I was the first one to say hello i’m here for a pick up order and they continued to not say anything to me and proceeded walk over and grab my order. she then slid it over without without saying a word as if i was an inconvenience to them. very unprofessional and should be given a word to those three ladies

Whatever girl was working the counter today was so rude. Didn’t greet me when I went in didn’t even make eye contact. When she gave my my drink she told practically threw it to me. As someone who works in the food industry she is not the face you want to see when you first walk in.

I tried the Vital Proteins Blue Bowl for the first time, added strawberries, banana, granola, and honey it was so delicious! 😋 Collagen & Spirulina included! 🤩 My son got the Vital Proteins Blue Smoothie and loved it! 🤤

Friendly service too (wish I remembered his name!). We will definitely return!

My husband and I are huge fans of Juice It Up—we love it so much that we drive an hour just to come here. Unfortunately, our experience tonight was disappointing.

When we arrived, the two young women working did not acknowledge us and left us waiting at the counter for quite some time. When we were finally helped, the employee who took our order seemed uninterested and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Despite the minimal communication, our order was still taken incorrectly, and we had to clarify it again.

We come here at least once a week because we genuinely enjoy the product, but the customer service this evening left a lot to be desired. We hope this feedback encourages better service in the future—we’d love to continue visiting and feeling welcomed when we do.

I got the açaí bowl here and it was juicy/ water. I ate it as soon as I left the place so I know it wasn’t because I let it sit for too long. Maybe just give their smoothies a try since I’m seeing that pattern with their bowls

The crew here must hate this place because they always have such horrible attitudes. They are not just dry/rude to me but to the people before and after me. Iv been here about 5 times and had different people service me and they are all the same. Iv worked customer service myself, so I can say I know the type of service to be expected when working in serving others. Like why are you mad at me I did nothing for you to be so bland with me. Like not even give me a greeting, just staring at me while I’m looking at the menu with such impatience and cutting me off with “will that be all” as I’m still ordering.

the ac is constantly broken. I went in today and it was literally 90 degrees in there. It is hotter in the store than it is outside. How is that humane working conditions i feel bad for the workers.

Came here today 2/25/25 and a young lady by the name of Elizabeth was at the counter. Very nice and helpful. She offered me the daily deal and was kind enough to repeat herself because I’m hard of hearing. Thank you Elizabeth for your kindness and patience. My juice was delicious too.
