Well, I'm so glad to see such an improvement. The food had gotten pretty bad, and we havent eaten there in a few years. Thought we'd try it again. The food was great. Chicken was moist and tasteful. Service personnel were polite and friendly. Very clean. Great job.

We had never been here and rarely to any KFC so I didn't know the menu. Trying to read it was confusing so we just told the cashier what we wanted and she figured out the meal options for us and got it prefect. All the employees treated us like we were friends. The food was fresh and very hot. The fries were heavily seasoned and were great. The chicken was greasy but it is fried chicken after all. The biscuits were heavenly.

Drove into this KFC at 8 o'clock and the employees were sitting on the curb smoking. As soon as they saw my car they scurried back inside through the side door. I go to order immediately greeted with attitude while ordering she informed me that they didn't have what I wanted. I asked if I could wait for them to make it she said I would have to wait 40 minutes if I want chicken. Literally chicken which is nothing special it is what they make!

This place is a straight up joke. Went in there 10 minutes ago to order but then I was informed that my chicken will take 30 minutes because their cook is on break! So I guess no one else in KFC does not know how to put chicken in the fryer! No even the manager there. What kind of business operates like that! Especially a big chain like that. I have a feeling this business is in its last legs!

Spent over $30.00 only to have them forget part of my order. 2 extra breast's were $10.00 and that is a lot to forget in someone's order especially when it's over 40 minutes from my place.

My concern was the picture I've posted, I took the food back in this container, I love it when the guy is there , the chicken is always good, he's nice very kind always and appears to be Caucasian dark and gray hair , he wasn't there this time. Mona was there the chicken seemed undone, and she rushes you through to order. The tender in the pic looks like it has a tail ?
I asked for my condiment’s more than once Drive thru I almost thought the young girl understood me i than asked again if I can get my condiments again because she told me to park and wait an she said yes that they would be on the receipt but to be honest she didn’t care I had a long day an the only thing I wanted was a good meal with my Family an to have everything I needed that’s why I kept asking for my condiments over an over because once they make you park they don’t care if your order is correct or not an I was so trusted in the girl that said yes more then once that I would receive them , well i get home ready to eat with my Family an there is absolutely nothing I asked for in bag , I was super disappointed because I drove all day literally an I sure in the heck did not want to drive back to kfc , so I called kfc in east hemet an spoke to Daniel an he refused to give me the girls name an to ask her why she didn’t give me what I asked for I wanted to know why ! How hard was it to get some condiments together that you assured customer would get ! You may not care about other people dinners but I’m sure you care about yours ! Think about that ! I don’t really like this KFC but it’s the closest to me the customer service is questionable!
