Anyone that likes this place has never had true KFC. Chicken was cold. NOT CRISPY at all. Took it home and had to recook it. How is this establishment still open. Should have drove to SONIC across town instead. AT LEAST “SONIC”HAS POPCORN CHICKEN worth eating.

Poor chicken poor quality and even worse service, this is one place that needs to relocate out of Hemet, you're across from the busiest place In n out burger, come on get a grip the only business you probably get is some drunk leaving the bowling lanes and wants something to drink, your revenue has to be the lowest in the city compared to other places. Wrap it up and call it a day.

Funny thing the items both at 6pm had advertised commercials and window stickers as we entered the location. This location looks run down. Went to Google recommended Krispy Krunchy Chicken a few miles away and WOW ?. What happened to KFC?

This place sucks i ordered take out and got there a 915 they close at 10 and they made me go to the drive thru, if you're location says you close at 10 pm wth do you lock your doors 1 hour before just close at 9.

Mona the order taker was mono toned and rude didn't seem happy to have a job she really didn't wanna be there no smile all attitude and the "shift leader" Francisco was rude treated me horribly then got aggressive with me you work at kfc and you still can't do your job properly with proper customer service just pathetic never have i ever been treated so badly at any restaurant called corporate and let them know of the situation but probably won't be reprimanded for there actions anyway will never go back to this location.
