The renovation is great but the service is horrible, we got seated, still waiting for someone to take our order or even ask what we wanted to drink, nothing. Waitresses walking by our table didn't say a word, tried to get someone's attention and she walked past us. That's it we walked out after 20 minutes, I'm done with this place. Bye.

Order placed online. Took an hour to be ready. Ordered 2 shrimp pho, pineapple rice, and spring rolls. Was told everything was in the bag. Got home and was missing ALL the veggies (bean sprouts, basil, jalapenos, and limes) for both pho. Food was not hot at pick up. Drove 20 minutes to get there, I wasn't going to drive 20 minutes back for veggies. Rolls are small. Awful

First off I'll start by saying this is a very nice place looks fancy. The young man in the front was very nice and also ask if I had any food allergies which was good cause I ordered egg rolls that was fried with peanut oil and that's a no no for me! I ordered the chef's choice pho and honestly for that price I expected my pho it be very good! The broth was not good even adding hoisen could not save it!! Definitely wouldn't go there for the pho! my opinion the last on my list in hemet! Next the basil clams a little too expensive for very little and it was very slimy and the taste was just not there definitely wouldn't order those again! Lastly the spring roll they were ok didn't like the choice of lettuce and definitely not the price basically $5 per spring roll! Waited about 45 minutes for my food to come out and wasn't much people there! Very very nice place but definitely needs work on their flavor not authentic at all! Won't be coming here anymore I expect good food and a decent amount for that price!

Portions are getting smaller and prices going higher.Good food but crazy price.I used to be able to eat and take home half the food it was so much,now it's only enough for one serving and the price sky rocketed.That doesn't make sense

The Pad Thai with Tofu here is my favorite. I have to say they are extremely stingy with their portions which is disappointing because they are already expensive as it is. But the food, service, and settings here are definitely worth the date night!

The BEST OUTSTANDING KIND service from Marcus, Kristal for stepping up to the plate and asking the cook if he could accommodate my request, he did, I'm impressed! To Hector the cook, THANK YOU HECTOR for the BEST pineapple shrimp fried rice, it is the best!!!! the service at this restaurant is A++++++ and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate customers. The restaurant is so beautiful, newly decorated. Go here, you will definitely not be disappointed!!! I DEFINITELY will be back I'm hooked on this rice, the servings are huge they do not skimp!

Worst. Customer service by Angel or Angie Im 25 minutes away from this place ordered tom yum soup paid extra for extra mushroom. I m in bed in recovery so I asked my daughter to pick it before her work. She picks up order and drop off to me just trying the soup and mushrooms not cooked its like was just dumped on top of the soup. I called in and complained asked for credit for future and she said if I take the soup back to her she can make me another soup Explained my whole issue I told her you messed up you drive and come pick it up! She said no and thank you So how is me finding someone to drive over there again to return the soup with the raw mushrooms & waiting another 20- 30 minutes to make a new soup is gonna help my issue and the inconvenience they put me through paying over $20 for the soup???? Im in recovery I just wanted a hot soup so definitely would not go back nor recommend this place I'm DONE

The remodel and additional space is awesome. The food, service and atmosphere are all amazing.
We came at the end of January and it was a mess. Busy, out of control, staff arguing. We left after 45 minutes of a terrible service without ordering. Decided to come back and give it another try. Benefit of the doubt.One reason we left that night is that the owner (appeared to be) kept smoking next to the partially open door. Gross, but also I'm allergic. I did share this as I left last time.Finally went back. Noticed still a bunch of cigarette butts by doors. Nasty. Also disrespectful to the property in general. You don't care about your space? And others?My favorite was garlic noodles with filet and chicken satay. Not the same. Used to crave and devour it, didn't even want to eat it at all. It used to come out hot wok fresh and SUPER garlicky. It was lukewarm at best, barely any flavor... just oily noodles. And the satay was dry and broke apart, cold in the middle. No way this was cooked fresh to order.I don't think the same cooks are there, and I miss the girls that used to run the whole show - they were amazing. Not so friendly now (except one). Also appeared to be special treatment for friends.Waited 10 minutes at counter to pay while to go order was being taken. There were so many people there available to help!This used to be the spot where we brought guests, which we will never do again and quite frankly, won't even bring ourselves back.You had a good thing. We will miss it.

The new establishment is far better than the previous location. We chose to sit at the Bar rather than wait, wished we would have waited, the noise from the Kitchen was very loud.I ordered the Pad Thai ($18.00) l the lunch size portion that was served was less than a lunch size and resemble something that was reheated from someone's lunch from days ago. Noodles were boiled to paste, the bean sprouts and green onions were overcooked, the only thing with texture was the miniscule amount of crushed peanuts.Needless to say, did not eat it and by the time our Bartender/Server returned I was over it all and did not want to wait or try anything elseThe item was taken off the total.Here's another kicker, they add a surcharge for the rising cost of doing business. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!! Welcome to doing business in California. Tipping is bad enough, now every employee is making minimum wage and providing less than minimum customer service.Sorry Lemon Grass, used to like your restaurant. . . Hopefully you can survive the new building.
