Staff just ignores me every time I need to pick up a mobile order from the counter. They just let me stand there and avoid eye contact when my order is already ready, sitting there.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!
This place took almost 2 hours for my pizza, ordered with the app. Didn’t even offer any complementary items for compensation. The workers goofing off in the back on their phones. They gave me pizza that’s been sitting in the hot box dry and burnt. I could have driven to a location from another town and would have been faster and better.

On March 21st at 3:21 PM, I visited Little Caesars at 1336 E Florida Ave, Hemet, CA, to order three "Hot and Ready" pepperoni pizzas. The cashier took my order and informed me there would be a 15-minute wait—which I was happy to accept. However, as I stood there waiting, I noticed several customers who arrived after me were being served their pizzas before me.
After 35 minutes of standing in the store, I had watched seven people receive their orders before me, despite placing my order first. Frustrated, I requested to cancel my order and asked to speak with the manager. What happened next was beyond unprofessional.
A staff member—who was packing pizzas—looked up and said, "I am the manager," with an indifferent expression, making it clear that my frustration didn’t concern her. When I explained that I had been waiting far beyond the promised time while others were served first, she dismissively took my receipt and claimed my order didn’t exist. Instead of making an effort to resolve the issue, she ignored me completely, choosing to prioritize every other customer while refusing to acknowledge the mistake or offer an apology.
To make matters worse, I had observed the staff in the back playing around, laughing, and joking, instead of paying attention to their customers. Only when they saw I was visibly upset did they finally attempt to locate my order—far too late.
As a Google reviewer ranked in the top 30% for restaurants, I can confidently say that this location does not deserve your business. If you’re looking for fresh, available pizzas and a team that values its customers, drive five minutes down the road to San Jacinto Little Caesars—you’ll get much better service. Avoid this store at all costs!

Tried once a few weeks ago, ordered the crazy stuffed crust and they didn’t put any crazy powder on the crust on any of the pizzas. I called and they offered nothing besides me driving all the way back over there. I tried to order again today, called over the phone. Placed an order for two crazy stuffed crust pizzas with the crazy powder on the entire pizza, one with extra sausage. The wait for the pizza was about 40mins even though the lady who took our order said 15.. Got the pizzas and again, zero crazy powder on either pizza and barely any sausage. This location looks heavily staffed and seem to always be busy but apparently none of them know how to read. We need another little Caesar’s in hemet so that we can avoid this one! Done with them.

Wait times are my biggest complaint. Staff is friendly. Waiting area is small and congested but the pizza is cheap so everyone goes there. Just know that if they say 20 minutes it’s more like a 40 minute wait time.

Ordered multiple times and each time they can't seem to understand what half pepperoni on my pizza is or they add bacon to it which I never asked, they also took my order online and said they never got it, took my money and cancelled my order. How the hell do you cancel an order they never got!

No chairs at the waiting area, they said covid, but that was 4 years ago... I had to sit on the floor and wait 4 my order.

Unfortunately I waited 45 minutes for my online order and the pizza hadn't even been put in the oven. Almost everyone after me who had ordered at the counter were served. At least 3 batches of hotn ready had gone through. When I talked to the staff they were indifferent and the most effort was "it'll be ready in 5 minutes" which was said to me 3 times.

Make sure you check your pizzas before you take them out of the store especially the hot and ready items.

I’m only putting a 3 star because overall the store is bad, but I only wrote this review to highlight Amber. I believe she is a training manager but she is amazing. She was attentive and fast, very kind and very respectful. I am from Detroit and I can say this is the one and only time I’ve gotten a satisfactory interaction from this location. And I was surprised to get everything I paid for. Amber needs to be a main manager and hopefully she’s there more consistently. My food has never been hot and ready until today when Amber was there. Shoutout Amber. She’s 5 star.

I ordered online about 25 minutes before arriving. I sent my boyfriend in with the confirmation code as the pizzas were ready. He came back out to the car empty handed saying there was no pizzas in the pizza portal and when he asked the cashier and gave him my name on the order, the cashier told him their store didnt even have an order for me which is a COMPLETE LIE. I immediately went in there with my phone and showed the cashier my email with my RECEIPT and order # proving the order was placed and paid for 25 mins ago and is well past the due time. He sent some rude woman over to talk to me that had no name tag and didn’t identify herself. She was emotional and very argumentative with me when I showed her the receipt and I didn’t appreciate them telling my boyfriend that they didn’t have an order for me. She wanted to sit there and whine to me about how she didn’t like my tone of voice instead of searching the store for my order. Then she mumbled something to me about I have to wait 20 mins(?) and walked towards the prep area of the kitchen and came back in about 3 mins later with my order which was apparently sitting right there on the prep counter getting cold the whole time and I told her “yeah they were sitting there the whole time huh”. She handed me the pizzas and didn’t even apologize to me for THEIR negligence and ATTITUDE they got with me for DARING to INSIST that I receive the food that I had already paid for. Some people should not be working with the public. These two on this night shift are an example of that. When you make a mistake you are supposed to apologize to your customers. If you do this to all your customers, you won’t have as many, or any customers left. I think this company needs to hire more emotionally mature people for these jobs that understand the value of mutual respect and taking responsibility for your mistakes.
