I usually have an ok experience but today was a bad one Zoe B. And another worker laughed at my last name when they were gonna give me my pizza because they couldnt pronounce it i thought it was very disrespectful because they laughed in my face very unprofessional at least they could have waited for me to leave to laugh and they took 25 min for my order for 1 pizza stuffed crust

I love to order on the app but when I want extra stuff the apps don’t let me put I choose phone. So the problem with that is I call and place an order then request the butter and parm on crust (which is the extra stuff) I get there and it’s not done. As well as when I have a problem and I request compensation they don’t ever link to my account. Besides all that the worst part is that when I call I’m getting foreign people answering and ordering my food. I’m calling my local store from a local number I should have that store answering my calls. Not operators from foreign places or over seas that don’t understand what I’m requesting. Please allow me to contact the store I’m calling. When I call dominoes I talk to the people I store working dominoes. Same as other pizza. Places. I want the same to happen when I call little ceasers cause I love the food and place.

I had a on line order and I git the text that my food was ready but then I had to wait 10min for them to nake more crazy bread, always have bad service they even dropped a pizza on the floor from the pan, so unorganized there

Put the order in and it said approximately 25 minutes till the pizza was done, I’ve been waiting for an hour and the app said it was ready but it wasn’t ready for another 15 minutes after it told me it was finished then we received the order and we were missing a whole pizza and then had to wait even longer due to the mess up, the whole time the staff were talking to each other and not moving with any sense of urgency when the lobby was overflowing horrible service don’t recommend

Unorganized, needs to be more staffed to have pizzas ready. Hot & Ready pizzas are not ready on the dime like they used to be. Poor service & they just allow people to clog up the lobby.

Please order ahead and be kind to staff. This place is busy, but I only come to this location because they make the best pizza and breadsticks.

Waited on a pizza that was estimated to be ready at 3:44 PM and did not receive it until 4:10 PM. The reason? “We’re waiting on bread” while said bread is served to an obvious employee who ordered after us and even then after receiving her bread we STILL had to wait another 15 minutes. I asked how the time works on the app and I was told the times are estimates, which is true until favoritism plays a part in who gets their order first, and they bring out the pizza before it’s being made so the employee can check exactly how she wants it. Your customers are watching, have some consideration before you tell me what I am waiting on only for me to see it be an obvious lie. And the guy in the back trying to tell me “we treat all our customers the same”, yeah, sure, until the customer is an employee off the clock. You also missed an entire pizza from another lady’s order, but the employee gets to be part of the entire pizza making process? Get out of here. And no one is attacking anyone, have some transparency before you tell me I am waiting on bread which isn’t true. Tell me, “An employee dropped by and we’re going to serve her first and let your pizza sit there for an extra 30 minutes until the priority employee is given her order.”

Ordered online at 6:58 pm. Arrived at 7:25. They said they was “waiting on crazy bread” so “10 more minutes” didn’t get the order until 7:50. Pizza was ice cold and they didn’t give me the sauces I paid for but by then nobody tryna wait on unprofessionalism. Place is unorganized and management clearly lacking. Why would you cook the pizza if you had to wait on the crazy bread anyway 🤡
