I come to this little ceasers frequently, its almost constantly crowded with people and i can never tell where the line begins, their food is great. It always tastes really good but they tend to not cut it well enough to where we have to essentially rip the pizza apart to get a slice and occasionally there will be bits of toppings we didnt order on the beey edge of the pizza, like Italian sausage and green pepper, more commonly the green pepper. It is a bit difficult to get service due to how bisy it is though, either you have to rip the attention away from the long line to get something situated or you wait in line untill its your turn.

Place is too too much none of the works know what there doing and what the point of online orders if they never get them done u have to come in the store and wait almost 2hrs for a pizza that should have been done and ready since it was online... They need a better manger or just close down already

Busy as hell....even if you order in advance and/or use the new online ordering portal it still takes forever. App said my order was ready but when I went to pick up my order was told that the app is wrong and had to wait 15 more minutes. Customer service is trash.

This place sucks! I tried calling an hour and a half before closing and no answer so I decided to go in instead. When I went to place my order they told me they were only selling the ready n hots and making "custom" orders. While I was there the phone kept ringing and no one ever answered the phone. I ended up going to the little Caesars on San Jacinto by Cardenas and with no hesitation they made my order. I'll never go back to this little Caesars
Horrible service, had a line out the door, only one register open, all workers in back, letting people cut in line, taking like 30 minutes for pizza after 15 minutes after ordering and cold pizza after that, very bad service all around, also found pieces of wood in the pizza

I had order a pizza on superbowl sunday with pineapple ham and jalapeños, the pizza was cold there was no pine apple i called them to let them know and they hanged the phone on me i called them and they placed the call on hodd they never answered. If i pay for my food it has i expected to be hot and with the ingredients i paid for.
