WE ARE DEVASTATED MARCOS CLOSED!! Please increase your prices are re-open!! People will pay more for you to not leave us!! Literally the BEST pizza I have EVER had in my life!! We order probably once a week from here for like the past 9yrs. Our child has an eating disorder and this is one of like the 5 things he will eat. We are HEARTBROKEN to lose our Marcos... We now have to drive to the Benton location and they are not as good. PLEASE PLEASE CONSIDER rasing prices and reopening. We will GLADY pay the new wage gap increase. Thank you!!!

01/24/24 Today was another disappointment, my son loves this place we went there to order something just to find out according to online sources it's supposedly temporarily closed, but the window says they are no longer open period. We really loved Marco's pizza and never had any problems with their pizza salad sandwiches or food. We're hoping that Marco's Pizza will be back! (Please:)

The pizza and calzones are delicious at a good price, but the main reason I took the time to review is because of the manager, Joseph. I always go to the store to order, and this guy Joseph is one of the best food service managers I've ever seen. He really cares about his customers and employees. Great job Joseph!

*Hit and run* It's unfortunate that after all these years of ordering to have a simple mistake not taken care of. During a delivery when my entire family is out front of our house, pizza driver blocks neighbors driveway but when leaving their driver backs into our car and takes off. A loud noise heard on all three cameras aiming at the cars. As well 3 eye witness. Had to call police as when we called Marcos immediately they then said manager would call us back. Driver knew they hit something since they got out, looked at their own car and left as seen in the footage. After an hour driver returned refusing to give us insurance info(wanted to pay for out of pocket) at this point manager called us at first stating they'd give us the business insurance then redacted it. We eventually got the drivers info after starting per cvc. We went got the estimates and presented since front light and bumper are damaged. 2 weeks go by and we are out of town and the driver shows up at our residence with unknown person to do a private inspection. Unannounced, uninvited and unwelcome. This is out of line. First off, this driver can't follow the directions for our delivery, nor handle business professionally. Here we are 2 months later and insurance still won't get back to us. I wanted to restrain from blasting it here because I wanted to still order in the future. At first it was just the principle of it, now it's just got to be handled.Parking: Delivery drivers are reckless and can't follow directions.

I was on hold for 9 mins so I drove 5 mins to the store only to find them all talking, and the phone must of been off the hook ... not only is it immoral its a shame they should all get fired , and maybe since they are not answering the phone, they should clean the store looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while

OMG! The best pizza in town and I have tried almost all of them. I haven't eaten meat in 2+ years but was craving a pepperoni pizza. I caved and am so glad I did. The pepperoni I magnifico is exactly that. It has been 2 hours since I ate and I am stil savoring it. Fresh, fast, large and friendly staff to boot. My search for the perfect pizza is over.

Great pizza and fast service. The salad is also really good, and you can add veggies without an extra charge. Good for takeout. It's not much of a dine in restaurant.

I order from this restaurant a lot because I love their pizza, but I refuse to give them anymore of my money. They delivered a pizza that was not freshly made. I would know the difference because I order from them often. I called and explained this to the manager George. He responded as if he didn’t care and said we will need the pizza returned (which I initially offered because we don’t want to eat an old pizza), and stated we won’t receive the pizza for another 3 hours. If this is the way you treat your valued customers, then I will not tolerate this treatment. Otherwise, their food is good but maybe try another location for better quality service.

I try not to give negative reviews but people need to know that if they find a deal on the website it doesn't mean you can actually purchase it when calling in. Imagine waiting 20 minutes on hold just for them to tell you that what you see is online only, and it doesn't actually let you click the links to order online. Its almost like is just a scheme to get to just buy something else after waiting all of that time. No thanks. You have permanently lost our business. The pizza aint that good anyway. Oh and 6.99 delivery charge plus a tip!? Pfff... nah. Mediocre pizza with the price of premium. Hard pass; forever.

Hemet is loaded with pizza places and Mexican food. I love Pizza and being skeptical I was pleasantly happy with their product. Honestly I don't know why I don't eat their more often

I usually go in and order the carry out special however this evening I was not allowed to. The MOD on duty who was making the pizzas angryly and disrespfully said that we are not allowed to order anything other than what he recommended. Which was the XL 2 topping. I wanted some cheesy bread and he said no. "If I did not like it I can go somewhere else". I was tired and hungry so just got a salad and the 2 topping. What happened?
