The restaurant was dirty, the screens you are supposed to use were filthy (so much for worrying about COVID). I I tried to use my phone app, it gave me a code to scan at the cash register but the girl up front didn't know how, or know how to help me. The place was packed, yet the food was old and slightly cold. Also, our order was wrong, even though I ended up having to give it to the girl up front.

I had the worst time ordering food here. The money was took out of my bank and I was provided a code. The restaurant couldn't find my code and I was there to feed my son. My son knows we can't go to mc donalds no more because we order food there and im sure I won't get a e-mail back. I cancelled the order 3 times and it said it couldn't be cancelled because the order was being made but the restaurant said the order wasn't showing up. Very disappointed and I'm not losing money here anytime soon!

What I enjoy most at McDonald's is the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. And the small mocha frappe. It costs about $10 and now many McDonald's have the self order screen.

The lead or supervisor was rude, it took them 20+ minutes to get my food and then they forgot my drinks and my fries were cold… worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too I hope they shut this location down because every time I go it’s long wait times and cold food

$5! $5 for their little sundae ice cream. Didn't even get any nuts! I asked the cashier over and over, are you sure you got my order right, that it cost $5 for that tiny sundae cup. She kept apologizing and saying yes, and supposed to go up even more soon. Done with McDonalds! I don't blame inflation. I don't blame higher wages. Nothing justifies the greedy mark up of that cheap little chocolate sundae. Boycott the greed everyone. My family is done with McDonald's shrinking portions and unjustified prices.
Sucks not good service at all... especially when they mess up your orders..then they make it a hassle for you 😕 sucks but any other McDonald's choose form just not this one.

So McDonalds does not want anyone to come inside apparently. If you do, you HAVE to order at kiosk. Then, you have to wait at the counter until someone lets you pay. This delays your order! Just in observing , this place needs managerial help!!!
